Exceptional Portuguese restaurant on the busy Austin Blvd in Island Park. This small, unassuming locations reveals quite a treat once you walk in the door. A warm ambiance is present from the both the decor and personable staff. All of the food was delicious from the pork and clams to the meat platter. 10/10 experience.

It was a quiet night in the restaurant which was fine. They bought bread and home made chips which were very good. We ordered filet mignon mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was so good. We also ordered the special halibut with risotto. It was great. Risotto was awesome. Creamy and delicious. Halibut was great. Nice and juicy. We highly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy

The antipasto for two should be everyone’s try. Grilled calamari, not only tastes great but the presentation is •chef’s kiss•.
The service is impeccable, always there when you need them and not when you don’t. If you know what I mean.
Vibe is great, the table layout never go ee ok s like the people next to you might as well be sitting at your table.
Definitely worth everyone’s shot.
