This truck deserves extra attention. Fair prices… Friendly.. Great food. Heavy plate. I will visit them anytime they are close to Charleston. Fantastic experience. Got that slightly sweet red rice too. Only critique would be the Mac and cheese could be a little better but it’s pretty decent. Don’t forget the lemonade. Outstanding.

This was my first time trying this place today. Never again. No flavor at all. All sides must come out of a can. The ribs weren’t ribs at all. Very small. The suppose to be BBQ leg quarters had no BBQ sauce. The pork chop needs help too. I waisted $ 50 today .

I came down from Charlotte and stopped by this food truck. I bought what the ladies recommended. Fish, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. I ate the fish in the parking lot. Food was great and wasn’t over season. When I come back down I will find you ladies. Great 1st time experience. The drink was fire too.

The cashier lady with the short locs had a unpleasant attitude.
She wasn’t nice at all. After paying for the food she slammed the little screen in my face and hands me my food with an unnecessary nasty attitude. The lady that took my order and the servers was so sweet and nice, but the cashier attitude was disgusting. The food is good but it’s not worth the nasty attitude. She is bad for the business. I wouldn’t recommend her dealing with any customers let alone working there.

The food was hot and delicious! I only had a 5-8 minute wait (Although im sure wait times are longer when there are more people). The shrimp was cooked as i was waiting which made them THAT MUCH BETTER!! The mac & cheese was cheesy and tasty. The greens were so flavorful ( I asked for hot sauce for my greens and didnt even need it!!) The sausage w/peppers and onions was on point and NOT over cooked! The plate was a good size and the portions was perfect! Definitely going back when they come back to St. George! I cant wait to try the fish w/ red rice next!!

One of the worst meals I’ve had. I bought a wingette plate with Mac & cheese and collard greens. Driest Mac and is I’ve ever had. No seasoning in anything. Got a fish plate for my mom with red rice and collard greens. She said she was glad I treated her to the meal because she would have stopped payment on that. Worst $46 I’ve ever spent. Next time I will go home and cook!
