I asked for a slice of pie and was given the slice pictured. The pie was cut in the back and placed in the bag without even showing me the slice. I immediately asked for a refund but was told they didn’t give refunds. The Owner of the franchise refused to refund my cash dollars. This is a rip off because I’ve been to the one in Rolla and they CUT and let you see the slice then you pay. I will NEVER visit this location again.

If you like pie and good coffee worth a stop by for a half slice and some fresh coffee they make a kind of butter milk pie that tastes alot like an ooey gooey bar. Well worth the stop they also have great selection of fruit pies and even a cake or two. If you have something in mind as a traveler I recommend calling ahead. Well worth the prep! And a good stop for pie lovers of all ilk.

In town for work and wanted something good for dessert. Googled this place. Very friendly, sweet young lady helped us out (we ask lots of questions ) it was closing time so the choices were somewhat limited but we decided on the Blackberry Crumble Pie she gave us both a well sized slice. I also ordered an iced latte and I promise you I will be getting my daily latte from her while in town. The excellent quality and flavor is nothing like this other chain coffee shops and it’s less expensive. You truly have a hidden gem

First time checking out this place. First off, the prices are stupid expensive. Second off, how in the world are you going to serve pie with mold and act like it’s not a big deal… I didn’t even ask for my money back and will never go back

Best strawberry rhubarb I’ve ever had! Asked for an iced americano – smooth and delicious. Will return frequently.

This location is absolutely horrendous!! I ordered a slice of American Apple pie and was charged a total of $10.05. When I got home I saw a rather small portioned piece of pie with mold. Absolutely not worth what I paid. I called the establishment to let them know what I received and was told they would refund me and give me a slice of pie for my trouble. I drove back out to their location and I was only offered my money back only. How is this even acceptable?? I had to drive 15 minutes from my home to their location and then back another 15 minutes . Not a good way to conduct business. Too bad for them, because I teach a little over 100 personnel each year and I know where I’ll be telling them not to go.

It’s a walk in/drive thru pie and coffee place. Excellent desserts, got several selections for my wife’s birthday instead of cake this year to be different and a couple of mocha freezes too.

I decided the best way to celebrate PI day was to stop and grab a few things of pie. The store prices have always been high, a whole slice of pie is about 1/4 of a whole pie. The quality used to be high enough to justify the price.

However, a half slice is approximately 1$ cheaper than a “whole slice.” BUT don’t worry, you can buy a whole pie for roughly 38-40$.

Between the pies I wanted they were out of most. The blackberry crumble IS good and the only saving Grace to my review, but some of the berry seeds were so hard it was hard to chew at time. It’s berries and sometimes you can’t avoid that.

NOW when I say I was super sad over a chocolate creme pie, I was sad. It would have been better to have taken that money and bought a store bought chocolate creme pie… I could have bought a few for the price I paid actually AND store bought would have provided better quality.

Most businesses also offer military discounts around St. Robert / Waynesville, especially small businesses… not A Slice of Pie…..

My final cherry on the cake here is the store is SUPER small. You had customers on top of each other as if they were trying to pile into a crowded subway… we were all there for the same reason, PI Day.

They DO have fancy displace cabinets that have signs to please not lean on them…. But they only had a single pie in there… The remaining pies are in the back corner in large refrigerators.

I would have said I would save for a splurge and special events, but from now own I think this household will have to find something else.

Edit/Update:

I held onto a the chocolate creme pie in hopes of I could eat it later. I finished the other pie and said well I’ll try it again. From the time I bought it 3 days had gone by. I assumed the whipped topping had gone bad because it tasted SOUR and I scraped it off. I dug into it and the chocolate pie itself had gone bad that it was CURDLING UP like cottage cheese. A “fresh” pie would NEVER go that bad THAT fast in 3 days.

Never again. Downgrading my 2 stars to a 1 star.

Banana cream, butter cream, apple pie were the best. The shop smells sooo good. Price of whole pies a little more than I was used too, but worth it. The French silk pie is much too sweet, but if u want something that sweet it’s for u.

Last two times my husband bought coconut cream pie with meringue. It was awful. Never have I taste a pie like that. Sour taste real thick always white in color. Meringue looks like it was setting for days. In the past my husband loved the coconut cream pie. What happened?
