I really want to like this place. But every time I walk out of there I am turned off. I understand – okay, it’s a specialty market which delivers, admittedly, pretty tasty prepared foods and imported Italian sundries. However, the staff at this location is ridiculously offensive – for one, they play favorites. I am not one to usually take to Google to share my sentiments but today was over the top. Old lady comes out of nowhere as I am waiting my place in line and is offered a sample of whatever soup, then they yammer away before he makes sure she’s going to put in her Thanksgiving order (over a month away, then other random guy waltzes in and shout his order over me with a “whenever you’re ready, ‘Johnny’” or whatever the dude’s name is. It was a zoo in there today. But it’s the same deal every single time. If you aren’t Italian but are otherwise want to pay up for better food, please do yourself a favor and just find another place.

This place can be very expensive and they do not usually show prices on the meat. I looked to see how much my favorite olive oil was and almost choked from laughter. Because I went to a local grocery store and paid $15 less for the same bottle.

Ate from this place today. Joe was outside grilling. The aroma lured me to his table. There was a festival today In mount kisco. The steak with the peppers were wonderful. I really enjoyed it.

Food here is awesome. I got catering for my office party from them and the sandwiches were really great! The presentation was great and the pricing was really affordable. The person who took my order was super nice and guided me straight, even suggested doing one less giant sandwich because i was ordering too much food. He was right! We had a ton of food and everyone loved it!!

I am a traveling medical technologist from the south who has come back south and I have dreams about their food. No one makes a ham, turkey, mayo on white bread or a ham and a cheese omelet with homefries like they do. The salads are huge and the frozen section(brisket pot pie) is phenomenal. I miss this place so much and I miss the people who work there. Can’t recommend this place enough. You will wait in line because the food is that good and they always have the best music playing.

I ate lunch here with my wife before a road trip a few months ago. I’m sad I don’t have a picture of the gorgeous sandwich they made that we split. It was incredible. It was a turkey bacon club with avocado, hot peppers, and a bunch of other toppings. We also bought a bunch of deli meats (soppressata, gabagool, salami) to make sandwiches later.
