Tried A one for the first time and don’t think I’ll try again. Ordered a munchy box and usually when I get one no matter where from, there’s usually something that doesn’t taste that good, however this munchy box didn’t have anything tasty in it other than the sauces. The Donner meat was far too thick, the chicken pakora lacked flavour and the pitta breads were like bits of cardboard.

Beat kabab shop in the town. Been ordering here for over 20 years.Food is always tasty and warm. Staff are always friendly. Fast delivery service. King mixed kabab or a indian chilli garlic chicken curry is recommended.

I used to get the king kebab from here years ago on a Saturday night & the shop was mobbed, people waiting to pick up their orders, went in tonight for a king kebab & I was the only customer waiting, I took the kebab home & couldn’t believe the size of this supposedly KING kebab, it was a lot smaller than it was years ago & that was really disappointing especially at £9:50 the quality was still good, but far more salad than chicken, won’t be returning in a hurry sad

It took over 2 hours to deliver. Staff not interested when I phoned on each occasion for update. One member of staff told it was out for delivery. Another staff told me half hour later it was just getting ready to leave shop. Very poor service after using them regularly for delivery.

Edited 28/09. After being a customer for a few years over the last few orders we have had an issue from missing items to poor customer service, however tonight just no words…when we ordered saw massive price increase and when food arrived, an hour after order placed, it was minimal portions. The pizza was cold and hard, the dopiaza had a weird taste which I couldn’t eat , roll on 5 hours from consumption my partner has been ill and can’t stop being sick.
Never again will I order anything from here again, when you call ( over the years there has been perhaps 2/3 issue’s) the staff are rude and don’t give a dam.

I am a regular customer and never have any complaints however tonight I ordered a pizza and there was a white hair baked Into the crust (everyone staying in my house is dark haired). After phoning to complain the told us nobody working had white hair and that it must have been one of ours and we’re not willing to send out a replacement, we were told we would have to buy another pizza and give them the old one back.
Absolutely shocking service. That’s a house of 5 regular customers you are missing out on. Won’t be back
