The food here is absolutely amazing! This is the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my entire life! I am well-traveled and have eaten Mexican food all over the US and Mexico. Homemade from scratch, there is not one processed or artificial ingredient on the plate. Everything is fresh and portions are large. Prices are reasonable. This little gem is well worth the journey if you enjoy authentic Mexican food. Situated near the shore of the Salton Sea, you’ll find a quaint and simple restaurant serving a satisfying assortment of traditional lunch and dinner fare, and breakfast too. This place is busy on the weekends, weeknights are fairly quiet. Takeout is available. They have an “A” rating from the health department. The owner was very sweet and took time to chat with me during my visit. She is humble and cooks every meal with the help of her daughter. Each dish is infused with love and tastes delicious! Come hungry and leave satisfied. I highly recommend eating here.

This place is the bomb !!! Got hungry after hiking ladders canyon and came across this place. Food was absolutely delicious ! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food on this side of the border this place is it ! Definitely will be making my way back here soon . The owner and her family are also very kind , friendly and very welcoming. Definitely added to the wonderful experience.

Great service! The food was tasty and delicious. I got a vegetarian burrito which was savage and my cousin got 3 Carne Asada tacos and he said they were fantastic. Definitely try it if you’re in the area glad there was something like this out here!

Excellent service. The food is delicious. The meat is very tender juicy and tasty. The salsa is so good. Im so very happy we found this place and decided to try it out. Now i have a place to dine in every time I come to visit the salton sea area.

I think it goes without saying, that was the best burrito I have ever consumed. I don’t know if it was secret sauce that mixed with the melted cheese and the pico de gallo to create heaven on earth or the perfectly cooked carne asada that I wished stayed in my stomach longer. They had impeccable service and a welcoming environment. I wish I could eat there everyday if it weren’t for a 4 hr drive back and forth
