I ordered a double burger with ketchup and pickles and a vanilla shake. The burgers were not overcooked and seasoned well. The meat are a little light on flavor. The vanilla shake was very tasty. Very good customer service and follow up. I think it was the manager who came out to the dining room asking people about their meals.

Amazing burger! You can see the cheese sticking to each half of the melt. Very good sauce and great fries. Fries could be cooked a littler longer for my preference but with their special sauce they have in the drawers they’re still a solid 8. The staff was so friendly. Even training a new employee I received excellent service. I will definitely be back to try their other options. I love the patio seating. I highly recommend this Little Hi Pointe

Stopped in with some buddies for burger combos before a concert last evening. Awesome staff, excellent food and overall great experience!
Hopefully there is more to our afterlife than only burger eating but, having said that, if it turned out to in fact be only getting to eat the very one I enjoyed last night in perpetuity for eternity you would never hear me complain, not ever.
I opted for the Arch D-Lux so I would be able to judge it pretty much unadulterated by too many other flavors and I was not disappointed. The quality and taste were absolutely fabulous. It was the best burger I have had in a long time, bordering on maybe ever, and I just did not want it to end.
Sidenotes:
An actual chef running the kitchen, which I am certain equates to the outstanding quality.
French fries were absolute perfection.
Delicious, thick, crinkle cut dill pickle slices provided in abundance on request.
Safely chewable nugget ice and quality Lucky brand drinks on the fountain.

They could learn from the location in chesterfield for portion sizes..I always thought it was normal to get 6 or 7 sweet potato tots with my order. Till I went to chesterfield location and got an entire bowl of them. Not once. But twice. Otherwise burgers are hit or miss. Someone there really sucks..and the other guy is amazing. I got an absolutely delicious Frisco melt one day perfectly cookoed and perfectly cooked sweet potato tots. (Skimpy portion but delicious) ..ordered it again same way 4 days later and it was gross burnt and skimpy on extra added toppings. And tots were burnt.
Consistency is key and that is something they lack. For the price of burgers with no side. They can do better and should.
But employees are always super nice and polite.
I hate that I have to drive to Chesterfield for a good meal when yall are literally across the street. But for the price its a better deal to go to chesterfield. Where you get appropriate portion sizes vs cost.

Absolutely fantastic fresh made burgers. The shakes are real shakes and made right there. Fries, season, fries, etc are all fantastic. And they have Mr. Frosty root beer which I haven’t seen in 25 years.

Really great Eggsorcist burger. Pesto and egg was great on top of the smash burger patties. Hope this could make a regular appearance on the menu

Upon entering, I smelled remnants of pot smoke. It is legal in Missouri now and they have dispensaries. I assumed it was a place for pot smokers after they had lit up. Ha ha! It has memorabilia all over related to aliens and pot smokers. When you go to the bathroom, there is a big mug shot of Ozzy Osbourne when he was younger on the wall. He was wearing a blue‘s jersey. We all ordered different items. I got what the cashier recommended – a double cheeseburger and fries. I did notice that they do offer vegetarian burgers also which I will have to try next time. After paying for the food, I got my drink. There are tons of cups by the soda machine. You just grab and go. After I sat down, the place started to fill up. The food was very good. There was a good variety of people there. I saw families with their kids also. Overall, it was an interesting burger joint with tasty food.
