The menu has a fantastic variety of options, so there is something for everyone. If you aren’t sure what to get, here are my personal go-to orders: Chicken Tips over Rice: Perfectly seasoned and satisfying. The Fish Sandwich: Always fresh and delicious. The Burgers: Classic, juicy, and exactly what a burger should be. What really sets AJ’s apart is the service. No matter how you choose to order, the staff is consistently pleasant and welcoming. You’ll get great energy whether you place a phone order ahead of time or walk inside to say hello. Swing through the convenient drive-up window. It’s a total locals’ favorite, so it stays busy because the service is fast and the food is great. I had an amazing experience at AJ Restaurant! I ordered an egg and cheese with grilled chicken, and it was seasoned perfectly—just the right flavor in every bite. The customer service was outstanding and very accommodating. I visited on 9/6/2025 around 11:00 AM, and everything from the food to the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

Ajs has been good the 4 or 5 times we’ve eaten there except for the food wasn’t great last time. We decided to try it again. Tonight was an absolutely a terrible experience. I called in our order and told it will be 15 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant 19 minutes later at the drive thru window. It took right at 10 minutes before someone came. I paid for our order and she said it will be up in a minute. About 10 minutes later, we saw a worker come in carrying what looked like chicken bought from a store. We were there a total of 34 minutes after paying before getting food. I asked what happened to 15 minutes and the young lady said they were cooking the chicken. I was agitated but took our food and left. When we got home, the cheese burger plates we ordered were cold and fries were soggy. However the chicken for my sone was warm. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me when I got there that they were out of chicken, so we could order something else. Poor customer experience all the way around. Unfortunately we won’t be back after this and the last time.

This place has been going down hill for a while but was still an okay option for quick decent food. Not anymore… last time we went, our food, took an additional 40 minutes to pick up was cold, soggy, and overall awful. They even managed to mess up the mac & cheese. Chicken was dry, fried okra was soggy and all the breading was OFF of the okra.. only decent piece was a fish sandwich. Won’t be going back which is a shame because the place used to be a good quick option for comfort food.

This is my club sandwich that I was served today. There was NOTHING on it. It usually is so thick that I have to squish it down to take a bite. There was ZERO bacon on it. I questioned them and they said “Oh, we are out of bacon”. Really, isn’t bacon a main ingredient if a club sandwich? They didn’t offer any discount or anything and were not ashamed at all for serving it to me, knowing there was no bacon.
Mind you this sandwich cost me $10.99.
They should be ashamed for the rip off. I showed the sandwich to the guy Manager and he said nothing & left my table.

Updated for Feb 2026 breakfast. Noticed their sign said, open for breakfast. Thought I’d giver a try. 2 eggs, sausage, toast, home fries. $13.95. Comes with coffee.
At that price, it wasn’t that special. Not sure I’ll jump up and return soon.

Amazing spot, the girls up front are always so sweet. The Greek Chicken pita is to die for, this place is a 10 out of 10… ice cream was good too but only had two flavors

Ordered from DoorDash a spaghetti dinner. And my hubby ordered tenderloin tips with rice mash potatoes and green beans. Usually the dinner comes with salad. No salad. The potatoes were NASTY. They were clearly instant and not even mixed properly. The “tenderloins” was just chopped up ham with gravy over rice. DISGUSTING!!!The spaghetti noodles were mushy and half of them were just stuck together A large amount of disgusting noodles and maybe a 1/2 cup sauce. This is NOT the AJs that we have been eating at for 15 years. EXTREMELY disappointed. We will NEVER order from there again!!!
