On our way through Allen, we found this gem! Clean and cute establishment! Very accommodating staff. I’ve had a dish elsewhere with fried catfish over a papaya salad. They were very helpful and made it that way. It was sooo good! Our group also had the larb, the lo main, pad woon sen. All excellent! The beef jerky and sticky rice was different than I’d had but really good! Thank you, we really enjoyed everything.

$12.95 for Orange Chicken on DoorDash pickup, and when I got home to serve the food to my kids and myself I found that there were only SEVEN pieces of chicken. Two were very small. Most of the container was julienne carrots. So severely disappointed. I won’t order here again, DoorDash or otherwise.

I ordered a large Tom Kah and split that. The flavor was good for that and for the spring rolls, but it was not enough to make up for the wasted $13 on a rare night of ordering pickup. I ate here a couple years ago and was so excited to try it again and share it with my kids

I’m so disappointed with how A Bite of Lao and Thai has gone downhill. The food used to be so good. This last time put the nail in the coffin.

1. Their Lao sausage was really good when they first opened. Then they changed it, but it was still pretty good. Now it doesn’t even come with sticky rice or the Lao chili sauce and you really need those to complement the sausage. These are just little lonely sausages.

2. This is the saddest papaya salad I’ve ever seen. It’s 3/4 cabbage and 1/4 papaya salad. You cannot call this papaya salad. Taste didn’t compensate for the lack of food either.

3. The portions for the yellow curry and rice were also kid-sized. Rice is a cheap filler, why be stingy with it?

I get that times are tough and inflation is real, but this was not worth the money. Go elsewhere.

Casual. Authentic.A hidden treasure within store fronts. The Kuay Jab is beyond compare but everything else was also excellent. Went back several times within the month I was in the area which is unusual for me since I like to check out all the area has to offer. If could give ten stars I would. The servers were FANTASTIC each time, attentive, suggesting levels of spiciness and meal combinations. Can’t wait to return to the area! Can honestly say the best Thai food I’ve ever had

Felt the portions were a bit small compared to other restaurants. My chicken was dry. We will go back to try more food. The soup had a lot of bones in it.

I really like the customer service over here. While eating, my server checks up on me pretty often to see whatever I need anything.
The food is also fresh and tasty. Y’all must try basil fried rice and mango sticky rice!! Overall, nothing to complain for now. 10/10

I’ve been coming to this Thai spot for the past 5 years, and it’s consistently amazing. The Pad Sew Ew is my go-to, and it never disappoints. Today, I decided to try something new with my dad, and we got the coconut soup—it was exquisite and packed with flavor. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious as always. The staff is always so attentive and welcoming, making the experience even better. By far my favorite Thai restaurant in North Dallas. Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic, flavorful Thai food!

My wife and I frequent this place for it’s authenticity in flavor. One of our favorite Lao & Thai spots in DFW – period. Hope these pictures justify the taste here

Very delicious and the staff are great. I enjoy their street style minced basil dishes and their drinks as well as their other dishes. Always delicious.

The worst Pad Thai I ever had. The noodles was sticky all together, the peanut was covered with old oil burning taste. And way too much ketchup in there. And they didn’t even put any utensil and napkins with the to go order. What a joke l, how I suppose to eat that. $15 for that and just go to the trash can. I guest I am not hungry enough to eat something like that.
