Was having a rough morning, so decided to treat myself to breakfast, as well as support my neighborhood business…ugh, only made my day worse. I worked in food service for many, many years, so I understand the workings. Server had no idea about the menu items, and this was noted after HE asked me if I had any questions about the menu. He had to go ask someone else, and then came back with little and confusing info regarding the two similar menu items. He took my order and then left; after looking over the menu, that he left at the table, along with 3 others, I realized that he failed to ask the follow-up questions: English muffin or croissant, and type of dressing for the ‘side salad’. I had to flag him down in the kitchen to specify my choices, and he says, ‘ok, let me go change that’…what, did he just guess my preferences? Was then told as an excuse, ‘sorry, your my first customer of the day.’
Food (seafood benedict) was warm but, on the cooler side of that, hash browns are frozen and only a notch better than McDonald’s -triangles not squares-please don’t throw garnish on a plate and call it a ‘side salad’, menu boasted about home made dressing-the ranch was so watered down that my garnish was floating. It’s been a few years since I ate here the 1st time and I vaguely remember why I never went back. This 2nd experience triggered the reasons. I rarely leave reviews, and try to give grace, but come on. I read other’s reviews to help me decide if I should do this…it’s obvious from recent and past comments that the issues are not being resolved/addressed.
In one of your advertisements you guys welcomed the community to come see your ‘tree lights’; I recommend you use the money to train your staff, up the quality of the food (as the menu is deceiving) and then hire someone to pull the weeds around your cool tree lights.

We had the breakfast special. It comes with two eggs, choice of meat, and a “sweet”. I had the liege waffles and partner had the crepe with blackberry cream. Portion wise, you don’t get a good bang for your buck. The food is good enough so no complaints there, but the breakfast special in particular isn’t worth the $13.25. We also got Colombian coffee which was the best part. Overall, I wouldn’t comeback, I’m just glad to have gone.

My dining experience at A Bite of Belgium was truly exceptional and deserves a more detailed account. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the thoughtfully curated decor, which fostered an atmosphere of genuine comfort and relaxation. Soft lighting and cozy seating arrangements created an inviting ambiance that made me feel instantly at ease. The attentiveness and personable nature of my waitress Kadence further enhanced the welcoming environment. She was prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered helpful suggestions, making the entire service feel both efficient and friendly.
For my main course, I selected the sirloin tip sandwich, a decision I did not regret for a moment. The quality of the ingredients was immediately apparent. The sirloin tips were cooked to perfection, boasting a rich and savory flavor that was incredibly satisfying. What truly elevated this sandwich was the homemade rye bread. Its freshness and slightly tangy flavor provided the ideal complement to the tender sirloin, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
To accompany my sandwich, I opted for the goat cheese pasta salad. This side dish proved to be a delightful surprise. The creamy goat cheese was expertly balanced with the perfectly cooked pasta and a medley of fresh, vibrant vegetables. The dressing was light and flavorful, tying all the elements together beautifully. It was a refreshing and well-composed salad that showcased a thoughtful approach to flavor combinations.
Finally, I also sampled the French-style green salad with oil and garlic dressing. While seemingly simple, this salad was a testament to the fact that high-quality ingredients and a well-executed dressing can be truly outstanding. The greens were crisp and fresh, and the oil and garlic dressing was light yet incredibly flavorful, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the richer elements of my meal.
In conclusion, my visit to A Bite of Belgium was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience. The restaurant excelled in every aspect, from the comfortable and inviting atmosphere to the exceptional service provided by my waitress. Most importantly, the food was outstanding, characterized by the freshness and high quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation of each dish. The sirloin tip sandwich on homemade rye bread, the flavorful goat cheese pasta salad, and the refreshing French-style green salad all contributed to an excellent meal that I would highly recommend. A Bite of Belgium has clearly prioritized creating a welcoming space where guests can enjoy delicious, well-crafted food, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Beautiful shaped over easy eggs. Thickest whipped cream I’ve ever had. Everything was plated artistically, and every single bite was delicious. Great espresso. Our server was incredibly attentive and very patient with our indecisive group. Menu had so many options to pick from, including spam dishes.
Edit: I came back after another camping trip nearby, and quality stays consistently good. Their salmon was a bit tough but tasted great.

Words can’t sum up just how decadent this place is. The food is over the top and can’t be beat. Service is stellar and 5 star.
The menu is huge!!! So many choices. Each is more indulgent than the last.
Outdoor patio area is very nice with birds chirping and shade.
This place is very special, but you will find excuses to treat yourself and keep coming back.

Absolutely amazing! The croissant French toast was amazing and fluffy! The waffles were delicious! The parfait was great and had fruit that tasted super fresh. The coffee and cappuccino were really good too. My only negative of an overall great experience was that it took a while to get the food, in particular the cappuccino, when it didn’t look all too busy. Wasn’t terrible though and the waiter apologized for the wait. Definitely coming back!
Oh, also, the bacon is some of the best I’ve had.

We don’t have a lot of restaurants that are close to our house, so we’re excited to try them for lunch. Good food, but the promo code for the 20% off for joining their texting club notifications did not work. 🙁 We scheduled a curbside pickup, but the parking for that was difficult to find, so I went inside instead.

Everything here was great! The food was delicious! Our server was very sweet and helpful with recommendations since this was our first time here. It was busy but was still quiet. There was an issue with another customer who was being very difficult with an employee and a few of the other staff members, but all of the stuff handled it very well. They were all trying to be very respectful even though they were being treated very rudely. The employees and the manager/owner did come up and apologize to us since we were sitting very close to the whole ordeal. The food and drinks came out quickly and the presentation of the food is delicious. Will definitely be visiting again.

Lots of breakfast items to choose from. Belgian waffle selections were great and service was good except we had to ask for a coffee refill. Seated near restrooms, so hard to ascertain atmosphere.
