The gent on the speaker was so smooth I thought it was a recording. Amanda at window 1 was as warm as a 1st grade teacher. Asked me how I was doing and wished me a happy new year. Whoever is in the kitchen only doesn’t this part time. The rest of their time is spent teaching fine art. That double whopper with cheese no lettuce extra pickle was assembled like it was chiseled from stone and belonged in the Louvre. Dr Smooth from the speaker was back at it hading me my food and reciting the order again to confirm. I hope someone in Corp sees this and blesses all those hard working folks.

the food was fine, but the service was abysmal. the guy at the pay window was very sweet, but the guy at the food window was extremely rude. he asked “why did you park so far away?” when handing me my food and then SCOFFED at me. i work in fast food as well, and i would NEVER in my life say that to a customer, especially in such a rude tone. obviously i didn’t mean to park that far. i always reassure customers that it’s okay when they accidentally pull up too far from the window, because i know they probably don’t mean to. being THAT rude to a customer is insane to me. absolutely 0 professionalism.

They have a great team working here. You can see the synergy. A rarity in today’s world. Although most of the orders on the screen were past 5 minutes and in the red, my food came out at the perfect temperature and tasted good. The bathroom and dining room were both clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. May God‘s blessings be upon you.

Only reason i come to this location is because its the closest, everytime i come here my order is wrong because they don’t know how to communicate when their out of product. The managers here lack customer service, this is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be back.

I got the Rodeo Burger bacon cheese burger (I think) and the Chicken Fries. Five stars!!!! When I pulled in the service lady told me “quickly quickly you have 7 minutes before the system updates” and then I made my order and it was all well I pulled up to the second window the ma’am was quick to give me my Fanta smoothie after I paid there was a slight window she told me pull up to the door and was out with a minute and my food was warm for the whole 8 minute drive and after I sat, also both the ma’am working had an amazing attitude!! Everytime I’ve been here the People has been amazing.

Manager had no personality. Good service by young man. I wanted to try the Burger King Ch’King sandwich. It was bland. The batter had no taste just like the mozzarella sticks. The soda machine was out of several flavors. They don’t take the Enjoyment Book coupons, even though their address is on the back. The FF were delicious.
