From my visits as a doordasher I’ve seen hard work, good food and a commitment to provide customers the best pizza possible. The owner, thats right the man in charge is dishing out the pizzas with a smile and even went as far as to attempt to chase down another dasher who had forgot a customers bread sticks. Great atmosphere that feels welcoming and brings a small business like feel to a big chain. Completely reshaped my thinking of The Hut.

The $11.99 large with 3 toppings is a good deal. Lots of toppings, crispy thin crust as I ordered, quick time from order to carry out too. The sauce and toppings were nice. I enjoyed it, with leftovers for tomorrow.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order from Pizza Hut and was told it was almost ready. Three minutes later, they came back and said it would be another 15 minutes because the order had been made incorrectly. While I was waiting, another DoorDash driver came in and was also told it would be about 10 minutes.
After waiting around 10 minutes, I politely checked on my order again, and the girl at the front wearing a camo hat was very short and snippy in her response. Situations like this don’t just affect the restaurant—they also impact DoorDash drivers. Long and inaccurate wait times hurt our delivery times, ratings, and overall ability to do our job well.
Also the bathroom was disgusting lol.
I hope management can work on improving communication, accuracy, and customer service for both customers and delivery drivers.

We haven’t order from Pizza Hut Port Charlotte in awhile but after our bad pizza from Marco’s we ordered today. The service was great and so was the price. There was enough sauce, cheese and toppings and it was cooked perfect. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch/dinner. Please reopen your eat option. Would be nice to get out sit and eat.

Had a good lunch at a fair price. Restroom was very clean as was the dining room. The wall photos had fingerprints from toddlers all over them. Kinda gross. Parents need to tell their kids to sit and don’t touch. Salad bar had no blue cheese (?) and no tomatoes (??). No parmesan cheese at the table either (?!?) so for all those it’s only a 3.75 star. Overall worth it if you like Pizza Hut.
