Such a vibe and so fancy! Food is good and service is impeccable.

We made a reservation on opentable and we seated immediately upon arrival. We ordered some items from the happy hour menu and a few items from the regular menu. The yellowtail serrano was such great quality. The raw oysters were fresh too. We didn’t personally like the tempura shrimp appetizer as much because it wasn’t what we expected when we see tempura but it was tasty though.

The miso blackcod was so delicious but it had some bones so be careful. My husband loved his burger, it was big, juicy and filled with goodness.

Service was very attentive and kept our space clear whenever someone walked by. We got a booth and it was great to be by the fire on a cold day.

I highly recommend and would definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

JING Las Vegas absolutely delivered.

From the moment we sat down, Izzy took incredible care of us. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm. You can tell the team runs tight under Min Shi and Stephanie. The hospitality was seamless all night. Chef Thomas executed everything flawlessly.

The perfectly cooked steak was unforgettable. Tender, deeply flavorful, and cooked exactly as ordered. That kind of precision speaks volumes about the kitchen.

The true standout was the JING Tuna Pizza. Absolute showstopper. Delicate slices of tuna layered over a crisp base, finished with ponzu aioli, yuzu soy, a subtle truffle oil drizzle, and crispy capers for texture. It is bright, savory, slightly citrus-forward, and incredibly balanced. Every bite feels refined and intentional.

We also loved the Move Hachi’s Knees cocktail. Smooth, well balanced, and crafted beautifully. The kind of drink that disappears faster than you expect.

The vibe is upscale yet inviting, the presentation is stunning, and every plate that hit the table felt thoughtfully composed.

The Alaskan Snow Crab was such a standout. Served with that warm ponzu butter, it elevated everything. When you dipped the roll into the butter, the crab meat felt like its natural sweetness was enhanced without overpowering it. Each bite tasted incredibly fresh and tender.

Thank you to Izzy for the exceptional service, to Min Shi and Stephanie for running such a polished operation, and to Chef Thomas for delivering dishes that truly stand out.

JING sets a standard. We will absolutely be back.

Just left JING and had such a great night! Sat at the bar and Nate was amazing — super sweet, engaging, and made us feel so welcome. You can tell he really cares about his guests, loves what he does, he had great recommendations. FYI his Lychee Martini is DELICIOUS ~

The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. ✨✨✨✨

The whole vibe was fun, classy, and chill all at once. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Vegas, and I’ll be coming back for sure — see you next time Nate.

Stopped in for an early pre-dinner snack. Tried spicy tuna roll and rock shrimp off the happy hour menu. Great value. The salmon hand rolls were delicious.

Outstanding dinner, venue and especially superb staff at Jing, Downtown Summerlin once again!! Thank you Ryan, Service Manager, for your excellent, personal care. A special note to Aaron and Maude for their quality service. Our Japanese eel roll, tuna pizza, tuna tacos and our rice dish were all superior quality sushi grade delights!! Our lychee martinis, Chardonnay and fine selection of beers made our dining even more special. Outside venue was super. Great Happy Hour menu as well! Don’t miss out on this unique dining experience!!

I had such a great night out at JING this past weekend! ✨ I tried the firecracker shrimp, shishito peppers, edamame, their new hamachi roll on crispy rice, a salmon kale salad, and of course… lychee martinis Everything was so good, but that new roll was next level – the chef even came out to present it, which made it extra special.

The vibes were amazing – the place was full of energy, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and even the owner stopped by to check in. Little touches like that really stand out. Highly recommend JING if you’re looking for a fun night with delicious food and great service!

We went here for a couple’s night out on my birthday. We absolutely loved the food. The short red dumplings were life-changing. I’ve told all my friends about them and then keep telling me they don’t want to hear anymore.

We also got the fried rice which was a bit tame but what we expected it was delicious nonetheless. The servers were extremely attentive and I don’t think an empty plate ever lasted more than about 14 seconds on her table. The same went for an empty cup. Service was prompt as well and there was no rush to get out which is always nice. The settlemention of a birthday at the time of our reservation was enough to ensure that I was recognized on our arrival as well, despite my protests to my SO beforehand.

The drink selections were unique and well crafted and those that we tried were also delicious.

If you had asked me beforehand if I thought I’d love to combination of honey garlic chicken and mac and cheese I probably would have said no but having the two dishes side by side at my table brought with it and enjoyable journey of culinary delights. I found myself navigating our table to try different morsels at every bite.

Nonetheless The incredible lighting around the bar and cozy sitting at our cocktail booths made for an incredibly enjoyable evening.

Tomahawk steak was a yuge bone, but a small steak. steak was good, but I see the play on oz’s of steak… paying for the bone. Disappointed. I was actually expecting a massive steak. But it was a regular steak with a huge bone sitting next to it. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, but not $172 good. Maybe $100. I believe it was $172, I don’t mind paying that for a group like mine. But was overly underwhelmed. With that said… everything else we ordered was fantastic. The star of the show should’ve been the steak though. Total bill was around $500 with a good tip. I’d definitely go back, but not for the tomahawk steak. For reference, I’ve been a butcher, not by trade for 45 years.
