The food was mid but it’s fast food so… Place was actually pretty clean. But the highlight of our visit has got to be Kurtis,he was absolutely amazing and so on top of it, his energy was just awesome, kind and polite. So if you are going here you best hope that he is there,he will take good care of you and or your family.

Let’s get real here folks, you pull me forward after I do mobile order! I was 1 minute early from your arrival time, then pull forward ok, well I wait 9 more minute! Then my bacon on my sandwich literally cold ( greasy) but cold my fries cold AWESOME! You could have pulled me forward no reason rush clearly it’s been minimum of 17 minutes since I ordered and you brought my food to me! Such a disappointment for half hardy lunch!

Mycaela did a wonderful job at taking the order, confirming it and checking it out. Past that she brought the food over, made sure nothing else was needed & treated every customer who came in the same way!! After bringing us our food she tended to the lobby even though it was already clean and well kept. She had a good attitude & was kind! Customer service is a dying profession but not here!!

The interior cleanliness was satisfactory. The hospitality of the crew member was not there, she acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order. We ordered two small blizzards. A heath blizzard add caramel and brownie pieces, while the caramel, heath, and brownie pieces were there the cold fudge was not. My cookie dough blizzard was fine. The portion size was disturbing based on there being a good 1/4 to half inch missing before the top. Not worth the $11.25 we paid.

Service is S L O W. Ordered small onion rings for $3.89. Well the order was small. 6 tiny onion rings! Over 60 cents apiece! The burger was tasteless. Went to counter to order 2 small cones, it took so long to get them, I honestly thought the cow out back was being milked for the ingredients. Don’t bother with this establishment.

Drive-thru service was excellent as who I believe was the manager was running the window. He was extremely white and friendly and got my food to me in a quick and finally fashioned and sent me on my way. This is all I’m looking for in a fast food drive-thru transaction!

it was a good place, i had said not to make my blizzard make later, but they put it as make later, and the atmosphere was good, there was a couple pieces of trash on the floor where we were sitting but yeah 🙂
