Talk about amazing service and quick, HOT food. It seemed like a world record how fast our food was ready. I mean, it was steaming when we opened the burgers. Would definitely frequent here the next time we are in the area. They were empty when we arrived, but by the time we left the drive thru, the line was wrapped around the building. Utterly amazed how good everything tasted.

They forgot my drink. They got my burger order wrong. They put bacon on it when I asked for it to be plain. I sent it back as I knew the bun and burger would still taste like bacon. They gave me my “new” burger, which was the same burger I had returned but with the bacon taken off. That does not solve my issue or the fact that my order was incorrect and still tastes incorrectly. Poorly handled, no apology, and gave me the same burger I had sent back.

I ordered a salad to be healthy. Not only was my order wrong and charged for a salad, this is the garbage I got. Tons of mayo and bacon. Very poor and incompetent service!! Btw, I ordered a Sprite Zero but they gave me a coke which I checked before I left the drive thru

I had a mobile order. When I let the person know at the speaker, they told me to pull around to the Second window. When I said thank you I got a “yup”response instead of a you’re welcome or a thank you back. My sandwich was missing the onions and they handed my soda to me, tripping with soda on the outside as the person who made the soda overflow the cup and did not wipe it down. I was not offered any condiments such as ketchup or salt. Extremely felt that I was being rushed at the window, even though there was no cars in back of meat or in front of me.

Been coming here for lunch now and then for a few years. This is the best Wendy’s in the country, hands down. The best chain fast food joint I’ve ever been to. They are doing something right at this location. Staff is always friendly food is always hot, fresh, and delivered as soon as I roll up to the window. Other Wendy’s do not compare.
