I really enjoyed most of my experiences of this restaurant until tonight. Do you say tonight I ordered the combo and Oreos for a total of $27 and this is the amount of fries that my meal came with. When I bought this to the attention of the staff they said that this is the normal amount. When I expressed frustration, the employee did not show any care. Nice way to treat your customers who know that this is not the standard way that this company does business.

First timer here. Food was very good, hot and plenty of it. The tenders have different coating from the traditional flour based breading. Tastes great, especially dipped in the delicious mad sauce. The biscuit is tender and flaky and tastes great. The raspberry chimichanga was great! Restaurant was very clean and service excellent. Also, open til 3AM for those midnight munchies! Try it out!

Ordered 6 piece chicken tenders with LG combo ($4.99 extra for combo) and this is what I get… SAD!! $15 for 6 tenders and $5 for 14 fries. Unfortunately this is not worth it anymore. I’ve had good experiences in the past but this is enough to make me not go back.

This place is great, the customer service is impeccable. My first time here I spilt my soda and the man working helped me clean it up, even insisting that I sit down and enjoy my food. The food is fresh as well, and the Mad Fries bowl is delicious! I highly recommend this place for good chicken 🙂

We thought our experience was very good there. The food was fresh, the service was impeccable and our expectations were set correctly on the time frame in getting our fresh, unprocessed food. The food was delicious, hot and fresh.
My understanding is Mad Chicken was born out of the love for the feel of home cooked foods, with real ingredients bringing family and friends together over a table of unprocessed ingredients.
It seems as though they have thought of every detail for dining in, atmosphere, counter service, customer service, presentation of the food, but items to be improved on would be the cutlery and price.
The plastic cutlery can’t withstand hot fresh food it bends and twists under the heat of freshness. The price for the bowl was $11.00 the serving size was adequate but for the amount of food I felt it was a bit pricey. I do understand that one has to pay to get premium food, ingredients and service however this is near the college and I would think this might be a detouring factor for late night crowds visiting.

Chicken tenders always fresh, hot and moist. Great waffle fries and I love the cheese curds. The food is made to order so you know its hot and fresh. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and well kept. They take pride in their business. Great service and great food!

Friendly service. Clean dining room. But the smell of grease in the place should’ve been warning enough to not eat anything fried. Got fried pickles. No! Not good. Grease should be changed regularly and this did not taste like it was. I got the crispy chicken tender barbecue wrap. It was OK, but there was a funky red pepper taste to my barbecue sauce, which isn’t really my thing so I didn’t love it. I’m sure this place is great at 2 AM after bar close for college kids, but I like a little bit better quality food so this was definitely a one and done for me.
