I won’t be returning to this location.
They don’t put chocolate syrup on the cup of the jamocha shake anymore! It tastes like nothing. The jamocha shake is why I go to Arby’s.
The fries are bland and unsalted.
The french dip was made poorly and not evenly spread out.

Let me tell you. I am so flattered with the service through drive through! Like I could not express the energy given over the speaker while even reading back the menu! Russell is by far an amazing manager and I called it as I came up to the window! I was like of course! The best service and Arby’s you got a good one! Don’t lose him! I would die to have my staff like that! (I’m retail at DT) And although my energy is amazing he sure deserves the best praise! Thank you and keep up your positive energy and hopefully it spreads. You rocked that line! (: I applaud for the service I got tonight!!

I paid almost 10 dollars for an old burger that was clearly microwaved it was so bad cheese literally stuck to it paper like the burgers from a factory vending machine I tossed it and went and got a burger from Wendy’s and yes, Wendy’s burger was fresh.

This place is extremely clean and inviting.. I go to a dozen food joints a day for work and this by far is the cleanest! Staff was extremely friendly and the food was actually some of the best Arby’s I had in a while! Good stuff!

Russell was amazing and is literally a reason to go to this Arby’s. He even made placing our order fun. Such a positive outlook on life. Whatever you’re paying him you should double it. Fantastic experience!

Service sucks. Nothing like being told to wait to order, after you’ve already started, while the guy next to you cant figure out what he wants and takes 10 mins to do so. Shitty customer service. I used to go 2-3 times a week on my way to work.
