I have been here a few times as I wanted to see if it got better with time, but unfortunately it has remained consistent.
Positives: the atmosphere is beautiful and the wait staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Also it’s great to have a Mexican fusion restaurant in the middle of a few small towns when there is nothing similar around.
Opportunities: service is super slow (and not just one time, but multiple times I’ve been there now and we waited over an hour just to take give orders), the food and drinks are mid, and the menu is all over the place (I understand the fusion aspect, but it’s fused with so many different things it is easy to see why the food is just okay.)
Overall, if you are in the area, it’s not a bad place to eat. But I wouldn’t go out of my way.

We hosted my sisters Bridal Shower here and it was perfect! The margarita bar was the perfect addition to the party and the food was amazing. Everyone had a great time. I would recommend Fresca for anyone looking to host and event! The staff was so friendly and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed

Perfectly thin, not overly salty tortilla chips with fresh made salsa. Fried Brussels with Korean dipping sauce, Street tacos- grilled fish, ahi tuna and Korean beef barbacoa. Skinny spicy jalapeno margarita. Even the rice was fluffy and tasty-usually rice does nothing for me. Waitress was great. Fun vibe and decor!

Went to celebrate a birthday, and everyone loved their meal. We were in and out in 70 minutes, we had reservations. Table was ready right on time. They gave A free piece of cake to the birthday girl! Will go back for sure, may check out the bar area next time.

We’ve been here a hand full of times, and this time was with a party of six. We were immediately greeted at the hostess station and given the option of outdoor or indoor seating. Since it was a beautiful day, we went with the patio outside. It was lovely! The waitress was super attentive, and professional. I had the house margarita with salt and it was delicious. I also ordered the grande burrito with barbacoa (shredded beef) and it was packed with all the goodness you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back.

First, I want to highlight the positive aspects of this restaurant. It’s a casual and cozy sports bar with lighting that beautifully illuminates the place. The atmosphere and service were both great. The food, however, was mediocre at best and honestly quite bland.
Mexican is one of my favorite cuisines, and I was highly disappointed with how flavorless my entire meal was. If I ever come here again, it will only be for drinks. 1 star for food and 1 bonus star due to the quality of service and the atmosphere.

I’ve been to Fresca a few times now, and each time is more enjoyable than the last. My friend and I did some nice patio dining the other night with live music, and nothing quite beats sitting outside sipping on a lavender martini while listening to a live band and cars going by.
We started off with some chips, and I then got the taco trio as my entree, complete with some elote because they make some of the best in the state here. Their shrimp tacos are hands down my favorite, and the mango salsa is just 10/10. You will never be able to save room for dessert because the other food is just too good, but one day I’ll come back and try it.

First time here, had the hanger steak. Ordered it medium and it came out more well done, not a very big portion for the price. Not as flavorful either. Sat us 3 tables from the live music and couldn’t hear each other talk so that sucked. We will be back again and hopefully try something different and it’ll be better

Stopped by here on the drive back home from The Dinosaur Place. We were sat pretty quickly and they worked the umbrellas on the patio to give us a nice shady spot. Service was a bit slow but they told us they were running behind due to a large baby shower party, so it’s good that expectations were set. Everything else was awesome. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had the Ahi Tuna bowl and the Enchiritos. The spicy margarita was great too, definitely recommend!

The margherita drinks were very lime-y, so much on the tart side. Kind of not good actually. The food, on the other hand was very good. The Mexican egg rolls were very crispy and full of cheese and black beans! The chorito was also very good. Hot and tasty. The outdoor patio and live entertainment were great on this perfect night.
