Just left there around 11:15-11:20am, it wasn’t crowed at all, ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich combo with a lemonade. Got my order and the curly fries were old cold and kinda dried out. Gave the lady at the window back the fries and asked can I please have some fresh fries. She said ok pull up. I pulled up and waited only for her to bring out the same old fries just redropped in the grease. It’s ok. I won’t cause a fuss about but I do want the employees here and other fast food workers to know that your current job may not be ideal or pay well but you should still appreciate the job you have and perform that job to the best of your abilities. The reason is because nothing better will ever come your way. If a better job comes your way you’ll have no idea on how to keep it. Therefore you’ll be stuck at the job you don’t like until you learn what having integrity is and putting in real work. BETTER JOBS REQUIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES, therefore you all will be in fast food for the rest of your lives! Appreciate the job you have, show up and have some integrity! Do right by the people spending money at your store! You need them to even have the job!!!!

I tried the Good burger. It was not what I thought it would be. When you order you have to read the fine print. They make the burgers medium rare, unless specified otherwise. To my surprise, both my kids bit into them and they were pink. However, Melissa the manager was kind enough to apologize, even though I missed the fine print. She even ensured that I could come back and get my burgers remade to well done. Even after the change, I am not a fan of the Good Burger. Also, the staff was very polite.

Horrible I got a 5 piece chicken tender might as well call it a one piece chicken tender all 4 were hard as a rock the chicken could not even be torn to eat or bite in to eat they went in the trash this was beyond horrible I also got a reeses cookie it was smashed to pieces in its wrapper to the point you could not even pick it up. I had a $60 dollar order n to recieve food like this un eat able an went to the trash was not only a waste of money time an I didn’t have a dinner now for myself. was horrible. there’s no reason what so ever these types of chicken tenders should of even been served AT ALL. BEYOND HORRIBLE I HOPE MANY SEE THIS REVIEW & I will not be Returning.

Update: gave them another chance. Screwed up my order and the persons in the drive thru at same time…. Employees seem to be more interested in talking to each other and their friends then waiting on the customer. I’ll go to the one on Gratiot between 13 &14 mile.

Tried the chicken nuggets, real chicken not processed, breading was not overpowering, they were good, gyros are good, not a huge fan of the Burgers, great unsweet tea!!
I like the french dip sandwich, but make sure you get the french dip cup, they sometimes forget and it’s a huge bummer, when you get home!
Chicken sandwiches are good as well as the standard roast beef, good variety and selection for all!
Staff no issues, friendly, just check your bag, it gets busy, no one is perfect!!

I will say this, life happens to all stores and everyday wont be super fast. But I will ALSO say, the way this young lady at the front counter was mild mannered, working diligently to get everyone out & was kind is what made the experience. I honestly could’ve waited 30mins and not cared because I saw them TRYING with the few staff they had. You go girl!
