I’m rarely driven to write an immediate review while I’m sitting here but man. This place could have mud sandwiches and I’d still review it 5 stars because of the service I received. The person who took care of me today was so attentive and not only asked about trying their monthly special (after ordering the Goldilox) but when i ordered GF they shared with me the local bakery who makes gluten free products and their bread for them. That level of service isn’t always experienced. Also asked if they should change their gloves for the sandwich. Well done. 20/10 on service.

Tail-Wagging fun from the moment I walked it! Sports games, arcade games, lawn games, and skeeball! This place has it all! ️I got a mouth-watering sandwich, The Bandit! Roast beef, smokey cheddar, red onion, raspberry jam and horseradish all on a delicious Dutch crunch roll!
The atmosphere was high-energy and just felt less like strangers, and more like your own pack. It took a minute for our food to be ready, but it was so hot and fresh, and the staff were so nice I didn’t mind!
10/10 will definitely be back!

Googled hot sandwiches near me and here’s where we landed: Bay Boy Specially Sandwiches. Exactly what we were looking for to tide us over till dinner! We ordered a cold sandwich hot and toasted. They’ll make sandwiches to your specs. Excellent costumer service! Tasty vittles and old school sandwich shop vibe!
The chocolate chip cookie is rumored to be the Best in KC… it is not to be missed!

Went for lunch on a busy Saturday and ordered the Boom Roasted. My gosh, it was truly divine . The El Jefe, as always, absolutely slaps. The bread is perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff is genuinely kind. Can’t wait to come back ↕️

A friend and I tried the crown town club and a hot pastrami. Both sandwiches stood out, especially with that crisp outside and soft inside bread. The service was warm and the setup felt clean and modern. It was easy to relax and enjoy the food. We’ll return next time we’re in the area.

Talk about a GREAT sandwich. Bread is delicious and very dense. Each sandwich has its own delicious combination of flavor that explodes in your mouth with goodness. They also have new specialty sandwiches regularly. Would recommend! There is minimal seating inside but not a deterrent of coming to try this place. Will recommend when someone says they want a new sandwich place to try!
PS – You have to go up the stairs on the side of the building to dine in. The pickup window is on the street level if you order to-go.

This quirky little place was fun to visit. They have fantastic vegetarian options, and a pescatarian one. I had the kimcheese, an absolutely delicious grilled kimchi, cheese, and portobello mushroom sandwich. Their buns are like nothing I’ve ever had and will now have cravings for. My bf had el jefe, Bay Boy’s take on a Cuban sandwich. He loved it, and was happy with his addition of smoked Gouda. We had a bit of a drive to get here, but enjoyed our sandwiches so much we each ordered a different one to go to enjoy later.
