Probably the worst drive-thru experience in my life. They reheated my meal in the microwave so when they handed it to me and I tried to grab the sandwich it was so hot it burned my hand I let it cool off and tried to take a bite and it was as hard and rubbery as a toy I almost broke my tooth it was so clearly obvious they had put it in the microwave to reheat it and forgot about it and left it in there same goes for my cheesy tots I asked for a fresh batch and they would only give me a chicken sandwich refusing to acknowledge they put it in the microwave when the girl working the front window had already admitted they had put it in the microwave the manager hid in the back and yelled from behind other employees that it was fresh I will never go back to this Burger King again and maybe any Burger King for that matter as it has left a horrible taste in my mouth literally

I really like this location. The wait time is a bit extrenuous, but the food is fresh. I’ve been to this location twice. 1st time was great (wait time was questionable) BUT,like I said it was FRESH. The 2nd time I went , the wait time was a bit. The one was long and my burger was missing the cheese. No problem. I went back at the drive thru and everything was handled well.

I don’t expect high-level customer service at a Burger King, but I do expect basic acknowledgment. During my drive-thru visit at 6:39 PM, the employee handed me my bag and receipt with her back turned, extending her arm while looking in the opposite direction and making small talk with a co-worker. There was no eye contact, no order confirmation, and no basic courtesy, which made the interaction feel careless and left me questioning the level of care given overall.

Not even the type to write reviews but this is supposed to be the “cinni minis” only took a bite to see if maybe the icing was inside but nope. This was the biggest joke ever. It was the only reason I even got food from there was for these and they were trash. Literal trash and disappointing

Check your food before you leave but good luck checking it… Go here often and always have something off with this last vist being an excess. Food was missing. Can’t check back thanks to them thinking it’s a good idea to load one bag with 3 meals plus side items. Went back to get the missing item. Finally got home to eat my own sandwich and the light sauce turned in to put as much sauce in as possible.
If you have to go here and you go through drive though then make sure you sit at the window and check everything before you drive away.

They were not busy.. the place was clean and organized. The drink machine was broken when I went. New only inconvenience was that I had asked the lady to fill up my drinks. The food was good for fast food. You get what you get. But other than that no mistakes. A place to go for a quick bite. Thanks

It’s hard to find a decent Burger King these days, but the food here was very fresh, hot, and tasty. The only problem was the wait. I went through the drive in and maybe they were short on staff, or had equipment issues, but it took close to 20 min for my order (whopper jr, fries, onion rings and a drink). Staff was friendly and all but that was a long wait, and this was around 9ish pm.

I had the worst experience. I ordered my meal in the drive through. First off I ordered fresh drop fries without salt and impossible sandwich. It was obvious when I recieved my meal that it wasn’t as I created. The fries was cold. I request new fries. However, much to my dismay occurred when I got home to take a bite out my sandwich and it was rare. As I took it apart I observed there was blood on my bun and everything. I immediately contacted the store and recieved no apologies but yet an excuse from management that they were busy. He (Franklin-manager) explained that since I had no receipt that I couldn’t get a refund, although I explained that I was just there 5 minutes prior and he could inquire with the cashier. Franklin stated that he couldn’t basically. I asked to speak with someone else and was instructed to contact the D.M in the morning. As instructed I did. Again, no apology was offered. The DM spoke with me through another worker instead of retrieving the call. I went to the store very adamant abut getting a refund and no food replacement. The DM Clinton assisted me. I informed him at the time how poor my Customer Service experience was from the time of the problem and even to the point of speak with him. I explained not once have any offered an apology for my experience and the time I had to take to resolve it. He then embarrassing said that’s not the Service that they deem appropriate and offered an ice cream cone. I was appalled that even after given that moment he failed yo recognize the error and figured a cone would suffice. I unapologetically denied the offer. Sadly, afterwards he apologized that no one prior had apologized. I have vowed NEVER to rerurn to this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER AND FAILURE TO SERVED EDIBLE FOOD

Dining area apparently closed in the morning now? I used to stop every morning at 7 am. Last two days all doors locked, drive Teri only. No signage on doors showing new hours.
