Ordered deluxe pizza Brooklyn. Car side pickup. Here is what we got. An onion pizza!!! No pepperoni no Italy sausage no green pepper no mushrooms. BUT!!! They gave us onion cheese pizza with black olives.
Manager I’ll make another one for you. Hangs up. Called again I asked to rush this remake he asked me “rush”.
Remake was better but the impression they gave will be lasting.

So be a truck driver every once in a while we have to call out for pizza and I have it delivered to our truck. I was a little disappointed at first, and we had a pizza that was not even cut and was kind of smashed on one side.. because even if they gave us credit, we are not going to be in town and there is no way I can take my semi to a Domino’s location and especially after I already paid a delivery fee you have it brought to us I am not going to go and pick it up We ordered very close to closing time so I know that those guys really wanna get out there and get home with it being such a late hour, But the manager, Eli was absolutely amazing and willing to have it re-cooked and brought to us after he was done at the store. You cannot be like that! Absolutely amazing that he was willing to do this!!!!

Worst dominos location in existence. Complete lies on delivery times. They don’t answer the phone. They are disrespectful and avoid answering any questions when you do get a hold of them. Use a different store.

This place is horrible. Pizzas are very dry. I’m guessing they are saving money by not putting very much sauce on it. Ask for extra sauce they still don’t put any on it. Have to order from an App to get any specials which is stupid. Prices should be the same with or without an App. People there are lazy. It’s just a horrible place all together.

I placed an order within the last hour this establishment was open, I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by any of their 3 employees (2 men and 1 woman). I stood there waiting for someone to assist me with picking up my order. The male closest to me never acknowledged my existence or even looked in my direction, the female did the same. Apparently performing their closing duties was more important than helping a patron who had already paid for his food. The male in the rear of the store was messing around in his phone and eventually glanced up. I got the impression that he was annoyed at the inconvenience of having to assist me. He reluctantly walked in my direction and gave me my order, the only order waiting to be picked up and/or being worked on. I feel sorry for this franchise owner if this is how their employees value customer service. I absolutely enjoy Domino’s but will positively not be frequenting this location again.

You forget something on my order and make impossible to connect with a real person to address the issue. Great way to avoid issues and making things right. Keeping me on hold for more than 30 minutes and still not answering the phone. I guess now I know to support other pizza places that will actually speak with you.
