Every day is a hit or miss with customer service. There are really a couple of good employees. One with no personality and a few newbies. Most of the time the food is good quality. The drink dispenser sometimes doesn’t have a lot of choices due to not being filled. The dining area is relatively clean. Bathrooms as well.

For 15 minutes I watched an employee wipe a few tables while playing on his phone. How can you work without putting down your phone? Lucky he isn’t my employee, he wouldn’t last 1 day.

Had a great experience at this location today around 4:20 PM on 10/28/25. The young employee working the window did an excellent job explaining the breakdown of the bill. Rather than seeming annoyed, he was very friendly and helpful. Customer service like this makes me want to come back!

Nice attentive staff, plenty of parking and close to lots of other shops. The place itself could have been a bit cleaner, it felt “sticky” throughout and there were a few leaks from the ceiling after a sudden short storm. The burgers were OK but not necessarily memorable, and the kids meals felt really small

I order meal combo with bacon-cheese fries but they never give my give my combo which was suppose come with fries. I also tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I give them 2 stars.

The kid at window 1 took my card and then at 350 am I get an alert from my bank that there is suspicious fraud activity on my card via Amazon. Im not from around the area. And I only used my card once that day. When i pulled up he looked a lil funny and kind of was fumbling or twirled my card and I felt it but moved along. Then I got the alert. My bank didnt accept the transaction but Careful people.

My nuggets had weird white goop on it and I hadn’t even taken it off the counter and just asked if I could have new nuggets and the rude cashier dead panned and shrugged and said no.

I always try to go back and give another chance. Just got the brand new jalapeño popper sandwich and it looks like they dropped it on the floor and scooped it back up and threw it on a bun. What a sad world we live in. They have one job, make a good sandwich, nope, can’t do it! Can’t wait for robots to take over. Two stars cause they are nice there, they just can’t make a sandwich.
