The lights were all off when I pulled up at 3:10 to pickup my order. I ordered extra meat, extra sour cream and cheese on my Crunchwrap. There was barely no meat on the thing and when I pulled up all the lights were off and they close at 5 am so that’s ridiculous. This is terrible. Check your food before pulling off.

Subpar food quality and rude staff. I accidentally pressed the wrong button when placing a mobile order, and I ended up going to the drive through instead of picking up my order inside the lobby. The employee talking to me on the speaker gave me a hard time and spoke to me like I was stupid (even though it was an honest mistake on my part). The food was made correctly, although I just don’t think it tastes that good overall. It was not a great experience, although it would have been better if the staff was just a little friendlier.

Service so bad, it moved me to write my first review ever.
I made a mobile order while waiting in line at the drive through, which I sat in for 30 minutes. Very slow service. When I finally got to the speaker, I told them I had an online order and that I wanted to order something else for my friend who was with me. They told me that they can only take one order per car and that I could pull back around if I wanted to make another order, which would take at least another 30 minutes. When I got up to the window, I was handed my food and then a very childish and unprofessional worker stepped into the window and said “Do you need it that bad? Is there nowhere else open right now?” referring to me wanting to put in another order for my friend. It was 3am and there was in fact nowhere else open and I came to taco bell to get a taco, so yes, I did need it. Also, the freeze I bought was only filled up halfway. So don’t come here unless you want to wait half an hour for half of a drink and workers giving you attitude.

I went to Taco Bell Monday around 11:45 pm and tried to order a deluxe craving box for the $7, asked politely to switch to the crunch wrap supreme the lady said the deluxe craving box apparently doesn’t come with the crunch wrap supreme, and I said okay fine, I want to remove sour cream, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and nacho cheese, just plain with only beef and lettuce, and the guy that was there working that same shift jumps on the speaker abruptly and says we already took it off, in a very unprofessional manner, just jumps the gun on me, and I informed the shift manager about him! Worst experience ever with this location, if I could put zero stars I would!

The foods always good and the drive through moves well but that’s all they care about. There’s way too many times I’ve went for food on my lunch breaks which are an hour long and didn’t even get to eat because they take forever inside. They get cars moving in and out but don’t give a damn about the lobby.

I’m usually here as a GrubHub driver but, going back to my days of ysu, this was one of my hangouts for lunch and dinner. Never had an issue with any of the employees. I think you can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually had an issue with this place in regards to messing up my order and anytime they messed it up that was because they were busy which they were always quick to fix it.

Their employees are clearly not properly trained. Management clearly teaches no problem solving skills, how to fix orders being stolen, mishandled, and incorrect. On top of a wild wait time for… fast food. Someone needs to actually manage the store.

The 5th Ave Youngstown location has constant issues with pickup orders where they don’t attempt to monitor who is picking up the order, someone else takes it, and then they force you to place another order instead of just remaking it.
I asked if there is anything else I can do as this is the second time I’ve came during my pickup time and they told me the food was taken. They refuse to change the process at all or take on any of the burden of correcting the issue (ex. Remaking the food).
Will not be ordering pickup from here ever again.

this Taco Bell is HORRIBLE. They’ve always stole money from us, they never give all the food and it’s always came cold. They’ve never done anything about it. Please for the love of God do not waste your money here, I can 100% guarantee if you order online you won’t get anything back even if it’s their fault ( it always is ). Workers are snotty and rude. Please please please save your money going to get it or ordering somewhere else!!!
