I walked in and made order it took over 10 minutes because someone bought their dinner with Long John silver app and charged this person bank account but didn’t complete his order in store ; man had to show his banking information to get his online order. Employees seem to be more focused on drive through than they were people that walked in. The atmosphere is a lot cleaner and nicer since they’ve remodeled. Employee’s are doing much better job now then 2 years ago . Food seems to be fresh now . I believe it’s still too expensive for fish.

Stopped by on 11/11/25 decided to do the walk-in most times I prefer drive-through but my last experience I received bad customer service and drive-through. So did the walk-in instead.
Well, upon walking in, I was asked if I was picking up DoorDash, which I acknowledged that I was not.The person who helped me also look frustrated as if she did not want to help me personally take my order. Needless to say, I will not be making any more purchases. This type of food is not really healthy. Even worse was bad customer service.

We got two platters that I ordered off the app. Ordered rice, as one of our sides, which didn’t have any seasoning. The fries were cold. We didn’t get our hush puppies. Definitely not food worth as much as it cost. Terrible experience at this Long John Silver’s, will not come back.

Ordered 2 lunches of takeout from LJS on Apperson Drive, Roanoke VA. Ordered thru the app. Drive thru staff person was outstanding, Food was good, but on one order, I asked for Cole Slaw and got Waffle Fries instead. Very good value thru app, as one lunch was free.

I payed over $8 for this. Yes, that’s how it looked when I opened it. And that’s how much of it was just burnt bits. Thanks for cleaning out the deep fryer for me. Ha! Never coming back.

KENDRA did an amazing job with my order. I called in advance for a Door Dash order. I was spending $50 for my food. She assured me that the food would be fresh and it was 100%. She was also very professional on the phone! Thank you Kendra
