I had the loaded baked potato with pulled pork and it made my taste buds and heart sing. I was dancing while eating it. It was that good. And I’m not the biggest bbq girlie. My husband lives for the ribs, brisket, coleslaw, and baked beans. I will sacrifice all disposable income to eat here again if I have to.

We have been coming here for a while. Everything is always great. My wife kept telling me I need to try the ribs after she had them a couple times. She wasn’t kidding. They are the best ribs I’ve had. They were smokey sweet and very rich in flavor. The texture was so tender and fall of the bone ribs. I would suggest just to eat them with just the dry rib on it. They don’t need any of the bbq sauce. Even though the bbq sauce is great on the other food they have. Bul Jang is hands down my favorite place in Smyrna or anywhere close to here.

First time here, wanted something different for lunch today so got 1/4lb pulled pork with the Sweet Kat sauce. Very good and flavorful. Cant wait to try other stuff from this food truck. I ordered online/through toast. He prepared it when I arrived.

This place has some of the best bbq in Dover and the surrounding area. The first time I went I tried the brisket. Absolutely delicious! It was tender and moist. The ribs are the same. You will not be disappointed.

I am so obsessed with Bul Jangs food. I always get the brisket bowl, and I find my self craving it multiple times a week. My husband gets the pulled pork sandwich and loves it. The nachos are out of this world. Great vibe, great food, great experience! Highly recommend if you have not tried it.

Stopped by Bul Jang BBQ, and wow—Jason knows his BBQ! Super friendly guy, and the food was top-notch. The brisket, brisket burger, and ribs were all amazing. One of the sides, the macaroni salad, was pretty good too.
The sauces were on point, adding the perfect touch to already great food. If you’re anywhere near the area, it’s definitely worth a stop. Can’t wait to go back!

Drove from Dover to Smyrna spent about $52 got pulled pork, brisket, sausage, pulled pork sandwich , beans and rice. Owner was def a cool dude and you could tell he enjoyed what he does ..now the food …ate half of everything without sauce it was that good will be going back pronto …..only thing I need now is them ribs !!!
