Avoid this McDonald’s location.
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences here. Recently, I ordered a McGriddle that was so hard it was inedible; it should never have left the kitchen. This issue was on top of three previous visits where my order was incomplete – a Quarter Pounder was forgotten each time. When I discussed this with Kimberly, I was met with an unprofessional response and no apology.
I did receive a follow-up call from Candy, a new manager, who was empathetic and offered a refund along with free food vouchers. However, upon returning to the restaurant, I was only refunded for the order, yet no free vouchers as promised. We decided to give the place one last chance, but again, the order was incorrect, and the food was substandard.
The management and ownership severely need improvement. This location is not worth your time, money, or effort. There are many other McDonald’s in town to choose from.

Brooke is the best. She was friendly to everyone who walked in and took my order quickly too. She seems like she brings the joy and was working so hard, & communicating well with the whole team, sweet gal.

Attitudes are guaranteed and cold nuggets to follow. You may, intentionally, not receive paid for items. Also today is the first day I received a monopoly cup for my coffee. Never once during open gameplay but now after Nov. 2, the last entry date. Today November 18!

I came in after my EMT class to get a much needed bite to eat. It was about 9:50pm. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal medium w/ water. I was the only vehicle in line, and I waited at the drive-thru window for about 15 minutes. Once I got my food, I took a bite, and to my suprise, the burger literally had garbage in between the patties. The patty was also undercooked with a piece of plastic in between the two patties, not to mention the fries were cold. ( least of my concerns) When I took the food back, the employees actually laughed at me as I was leaving the lobby. The ( shift supervisor) was holding her mouth laughing like it was the funniest thing she’d ever witnessed. The whole thing was so bizzar, unexpected, and unnecessary. I was very respectful to them the entire time. I don’t get it. What was the point of doing this to a customer?

Placed an order for burger and fries. I was told thay would bring it to my table. When it finally came 43 minutes later it was cold fries tasted burnt and cold. Didn’t ser any or the regular employees. Poor service

This is hands-down the best McDonald’s restaurant in the Spokane area. It is modern, has spacious seating area, lots of parking, and fast and friendly service. The food was very fresh and came to the front quicker than I expected. Thank you for a good family-dining experience.

Absolutely horrible, the prices are outrageous, it costed me 60$ to feed my family of 4 2 happy meals and 2 adult meals, the food wasn’t even worth it. I took my family to denny’s the next day and we all walked out full and tipped the waiter for under 40$ McDonald’s is a waste of money, the manager at this store acts like her stuff doesn’t stink and treats her employees like crap. I do not recommend ever going through the drive through, they always get specialize meals incorrect and you’ll sit for 45 minutes waiting for them from beginning to end. Horrible experience!!!

I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and I got all the way to deer park which is half way home and found out both my patties were raw. Waste of a large meal and my appetite. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this location either.

Ordered 2 Happy Meal hamburgers and they were burnt and dried out. My kids would not eat them. I went up and told the staff and showed them. I heard them laugh. I went back to gather our belongings and left. Definitely would NOT recommend this. Who know what there giving you in the kitchen if they don’t care.
