Wow delicious and the service was great too!

We decided to give Fushi Sushi a try even though we already have a few favorite Sushi spots, and we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous, from the garlic edamame, to the miso soup, to the very fresh Sushi rolls. The Uni Sushi roll was an experience to eat and the Sashimi would melt in your mouth! Not to mention the service was super awesome. We truly appreciated the great service and will definitely be going back!!

It was a little dark but over all it was good. Service was good and easy to order food. The roll i got was okay nothing special. Over all they had a great menu with lots of options to choose from. They do both Japanese and Chinese dishes. So if you have someone in your party that doesn’t like one or the other. This is a good spot to go to.

I loved knowing that there is a Chinese food restaurant and that they also prepare sushi. We ordered some chicken dishes, as well as some sushi specials, and they have a great variety of fish that I hadn’t found in the bay area. Great flavor and large portions. The service was super friendly, and there was a variety in the ramen soup. I loved it. I would definitely return to this restaurant again and again to try sushi and Chinese food.

Staying out of town and on vacation. Looked at the recent reviews and absolutely agree with others. We had great customer service from Jenny and I believe the owner. When we got there, we had an option of Chinese or Japanese menu’s. The owner was super friendly and very detailed about certain types of sushi. I would recommend this place to my sushi lovers out there. Friendly service and great customer service! Good quality food!

Was weird to have a sushi place that also has a completely separate Chinese food menu, but it worked great for our group (two of which are not fans of sushi.)

The garlic ramen noodles were amazing. And the tiger roll was the perfect mix of spicy tuna, hamachi, and salmon. Definitely recommend!

My partner and I went here yesterday for the first time and had a wonderful experience all around. Food was amazing, service was fantastic. This will be our new regular sushi spot 🙂

The waitress who helped us was prompt and sweet. The sushi chef was awesome, he excitedly came out to tell us about the fresh fish they had just imported from Japan. One of them was an Opal eye…. yellowfin tuna.. and I don’t remember the other but holy shit! It was so good! I normally don’t care for Sushimi but what he prepared was amazing. The homemade soy sauce and wasabi are a MUST (in the picture). It was presented much prettier, my partner and I had already dug in before I took the picture. We had the fire cracker roll and dragon roll and it was unparalleled compared to other sushi places I have been to in Santa Cruz.

We were on our walk with our newborn. We’re reluctant to go places without outside seating because we don’t want her to catch a bug, and the staff was beyond accommodating. They set us on their back patio. (I’m assuming this is their break area, I can’t confirm if they have actual outside seating available for dining).

I don’t want to write a novel here, but I want to finish this by saying that the first thing I loved about this place was seeing the student deals they offer when I walked in. It’s clearly meant for high school students as the time window is 30 minutes, but I love that they support their community so PLEASE!! Come here and support them back!!

Hands down the best sushi/Chinese spot in Santa Cruz! The food is always fresh and flavorful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. We’re hooked on the Szechuan green beans, but honestly, every dish – whether Japanese or Chinese – never disappoints. Generous portions and a consistently top-notch dining experience!
