I was in the area craving a burger (very unusual). This place was only 3 minutes away. As you enter, the place feels cozy and nostalgic. The music adds to this scene. I ordered the avocado bacon cheeseburger with a side of sweet potato fries ($1 extra). Husband got the crisco: beef patty on sourdough and an order of zucchini fries. My burger was juicy and tender with plenty of avocado and crunchy bacon. The sweet potato fries were not greasy or over seasoned. The crisco was good, and zucchini fries delicious. We needed some heat so we asked for some hot chilies and got the yellow ones you get at in n out. Overall s delicious meal. I want to come back and try their breakfast.

Came here to eat on 9/17/25. Inside it’s an old-school casual diner that you could view in a movie. Though on the outside, it looks closed and somewhat unwelcoming. When I entered, I was greeted by one of their staff who took me to my table and provided a beverage. Overall the staff service was mediocre and nothing to be impressed by.
The food selection is vast! Must be 100 different choices. I ordered pancakes, which were a little tough, but good with syrup and butter, and breakfast burrito with their home fries which are rough chopped country potatoes. The portions were quite large, however. They also had house salsa sitting on the table and I do not trust other people enough to indulge in the communal salsa, but I’m a sucker for salsa and did so anyway. I hope they sanitize efficiently. I wasn’t offered dessert either even though there is a dessert menu on the table.
There can definitely be some improvements that would make this place even better. I’m glad I at least tried this place even though, from one visit, I know it’s not for me. At best 3.5-4/5

Food was just average. The waffles were probably the best item. Nice and chewy and not too thick. However, the fried chicken it came with was probably the worst item we ordered, burnt, and did not taste fresh at all. Other food was unfortunately unsalted and pretty much flavorless. Servers were nice and welcoming. Interior designs are, well, quaint in a way.

Staff is great!!! Very attentive. Food was surprisingly delicious. First time. I had the rib eye. Large portions! Daily specials. Cute decor, total café. Love the counter seats. Restroom clean! Will b back to try the biscuits and gravy.

The place is located in an awesome spot: there is tons of parking and it is easy to see passing by the street. There was a 25 min wait for dine in or no wait but eating at the counter. We took the counter, and it was good. Prices are around $12 for a basic breakfast, around $3 for a beverage. The atmosphere feels like a 90s lunch restaurant but slightly dirtier. Atmosphere is mostly dominated by older audiences, so personally if you are young, you will feel different here… I ordered a chicken sandwich and a steak. Customer service was alright, did not feel the “welcome” vibe: felt that they were rushing us with the order (it was our first time visiting). The chicken sandwich was disappointing, considering it is around $15.50 with tax. It was small, and the chicken tasted average. The potato salad was alright too. However, the steak was good: well cooked and full of flavor. Prices are slightly higher compared to other places such as I hop or Dennys. In conclusion, it felt just like a normal breakfast restaurant… but just in a smaller building. Recommended to reserve or be patient to get a seat.

I’m a huge breakfast fan, and THIS place is my always go-to spot in Covina. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is quite good and refreshed often, food portions are on the larger side, the taste is excellent, and the somewhat dated decor just fits the whole experience. If you like old school diners… this place is for you.

This place has all your authentic classic diner feels without the bells and whistles. There are a lot of diner style restaurants that feel almost gimmicky and commercialized, but this spot is a true gem. Dining selection is of the typical sort, but always consistent (personally, I love the French Onion Soup). The staff are warm and friendly as always, really a big part of what makes this place special and feeling cozy and familiar. You can tell many of the patrons are long time regulars, further adding to the charm and heart of this place. One of the few remaining genuine classic Americana places left.

Good food befitting this kind of restaurant. Friendly service. Fried chicken was crispy, pancake was nice and fluffy. Worth recommending.

My first time at Georgia’s, had the menudo… it was delicious, it tasted the way my family and I make it at home. I’m very picky about Mexican food. I will definitely be back for menudo and to try other dishes! Kudos to the cooks.

Large menu options for beakfast and dinner. I usually hate hashbrowns but this place managed to make me a fan. Pancakes were nice and fluffy as well. Inside the diner was very pretty and had a nostalgic feel. I only had an issue with being seated. Was a bit confusing if I was suppose to wait or seat myself. There is a parking lot outside but you might have better luck parking the streets since it is in a busy area.
