The staff was really great. Very polite and friendly. The food was great I had the California style burger and cheese curds. Everything was hot fresh and tasty. It wasn’t crowded or too noisy. Pretty clean too. But the staff really stood out as above average. I would eat there again. Not too far from Widener University so a cool spot to take you kid if you’re there for a visit.

I sat down at the brookhaven location, ordered the california style burger meal and had them make a salad from the tenders here. Food was really good and manager was friendly. Not sure about other locations but this one is good. Cam in at about 2:30 pm (ps. Ive never really seen fries like these, strange but good)

Freddy’s has truly went downhill. My order was wrong I had ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. Fixing the mistake took over 15 minutes. By the time I got the right order, my family was done eating. The fries were greasy and too salty. Both of the burgers we ordered were too salty and dry. The dining room was dirty. The only positive was that the staff was friendly. We spent over $52 for three people to have two burgers and a chicken sandwich with some fries and sodas. They truly have become a place that is too expensive and the food is just not good anymore.

Service & Atmosphere are good. It’s clean, love the pictures telling Freddy’s story. Cheese Curds & Key Lime Concrete are winners. Young lady doing shakes & DT, fantastic. Tots were gross & dark. The oil itself tasted decent, either time temperature abuse or they forgot them. Brisket Steakburger was flavorful but dry.

Place is horrible, so sad to see how Freddy’s reputation has gone downhill. They somehow manage to always mess your order up, one way or another lol. Staff here is very dry and rude, no “your welcome” or smile or anything, just roughly handed me my food and walked away. My patty was undercooked and pretty pink on the inside so i just threw it out and didn’t even bother to ask to make a new one because i knew it would take like 10 mins and they would probably mess something up again, just not worth your time. Also, $8 for just one little burger no drink no side?!? this is ridiculous, go to chick fil a and get a sandwich for like 5 bucks, wait no more than 5 minutes and very hospitable atmosphere. So sad, Mr. Freddy would be disappointed 🙁

I ordered the original burger and made it my way. There were no onions on the sandwich and there should have been. I ordered at lunch time when you’d think nothing had been sitting around but I was so wrong. Two dry, very dry patties. I guess whoever put it together thought if they slathered it in a ton of mayo and ketchup it would be moist. Roll was stale and the ketchup was bad, tasted like vinegar. This was a GrubHub order that I paid extra to have it delivered fast. Grubhub did their job. Oh and did I mention my ice tea was in the same bag as my food on its side and leaking all over my food. No ice in the”ice” tea. NEVER AGAIN

Been wanting to go here for a long time. The steak burgers were SO DELICIOUS! Finally somewhere that seasons their beef. Shoestring french fries with Freddy’s Sauce is a match made in heaven. I got the Triple which was absurdly tasty and the cheese curds filled us up in no time. Highly recommend, but if you live close this could be a problem, for your wallet 😉 5/5

I’ve only been a few times and usually go through the drive-thru, but my daughter and I went in Tuesday evening. Customer service was great, the restaurant was clean. Our food was good. I love their chocolate milkshakes. Nothing super spectacular, but just good all around

My boyfriend and I came here since we were in the area and decided to try it out and we were not disappointed! I got the turtle sundae and he got an Oreo milkshake and they were both delicious. They have a wide variety of sundaes and milkshakes as well other foods including burgers and chicken sandwiches. The service was also great too and I will definitely be back again soon!
