First, I’ve been to this Q-Doba a few times now and am always impressed by how fast it is. Even for a fast casual place they are quick. My bowl had great flavor and my daughter raved about her burrito. The kids meal was also a perfect size for my son!! We’ll be back for sure.

Being unable to fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt should tell you management doesn’t care or listen. Service was amazing but couldn’t help but be shocked by the portions and quality of the food. Chicken was fresh but the queso may as well have been liquid pavement. Salsa was bland and the chips could have used any flavor. Even the Coke Zero tasted flat. What happened to the food? They give you the smallest and utterly useless tray and then put up huge signs to not discard it. Order better trays and a holder for them? Incompetent or cheap? You’ll understand why competitor slop bowl chains are doing better. And for the price? Ya go to the others.

I’m beyond disappointed with Qdoba in Strongsville. I used online ordering for the first time and picked up my bowl only to find portions so small it was honestly insulting. When I dine in, the toppings are piled so high the lid barely closes. This time? The bowl wasn’t even half full
Same price, half the food. It feels like online orders are treated like an easy way to short customers who aren’t standing there watching. If this is how Qdoba handles pickup orders, I won’t be making that mistake again. Completely unacceptable. At least chipotle gives you what you pay for. Left feedback on my order through email before I posted this, haven’t heard back from anyone.

I walked in on Justin‘s first. His attitude was great he was welcome and friendly. I think the person that was training him his name is Suzanne or something among the lines. My daughter got a chicken bowl and the portion of the chicken was decent she was served by Justin I on the other hand got brisket and was served by Suzanne. And I could you not, she only gave me a pinch of meat when I told her that was very Little portion of protein she said you can pay for double protein. It’s only three dollars and some change.

I stopped in here to get my mini bowl like I normally get at any location. I prefer QDOBA over Chipotle because of the no bs portion sizes, plus free guacamole and queso. But as soon as I seen the restaurant worker not even put 1 full scoop of any item in the bowl (and I opted out of rice mind you) I changed my mind and left the restaurant. I counted exactly 4 of the citrus lime shrimp placed in my bowl and that particular protein costs extra. Do no recommend eating here based on service. Food is great otherwise.

I’m so happy that this place finally opened! If Chipotle is the beginner level version of carryout Mexican food, this is the advanced version. Much tastier flavor is and more options. The cilantro lime shrimp bowl was especially good.
