I came back after 17 years and the flavor is still the same! This time I brought my husband and daughters to try these delicious dishes, and they loved them just as much as I did. Their favorite dish: Burrito with guac. Mine: soft tacos. The staff was attentive and everything was clean.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls and got raw chicken. When I called to express my concern the “manager” Stacy told me she could refund me or remake my bowls. When I asked if I would be compensated for my time having to drive back and the inconvenience the “manager” said again refund or remake. When I told her I would be posting this on Google she hung up the phone. When I arrived and “manager” Stacy gave me my refund I told her it was not nice of her to hang up on me as the manager and she told me I was being “rude”, although I don’t feel I was being rude I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say I was but a managers job is to deal with bigger issues and food safety I think would be one and if I customer is being rude because they bit into raw chicken I would understand. Not going back Stacy is not fit to be a manager.

I’m allergic to beans and specifically designed my order to have no beans.. when I received my order I had extra black beans in my burrito bowl also every time my husband and I order for delivery through the app it comes from this location and the order is always less than desirable. Will be ordering through different platforms for now may cost us more but at least we will be getting what we asked for.

So… my review may be a little biased, as I’m used to the metro Detroit area, where the majority of Chipotle locations have had serious problems since 2020 – like offering pitifully stingy portions, constantly running out of important options and ingredients, having a “poor service” crisis, etc.
I stopped at this Chipotle a couple times while in the area, and I have to say it was pretty good. Staff was efficient, bowls were packed with a reasonable amount of food, everything tasted fresh, and nothing was missing. On the first occasion, I ate in the restaurant and they ranked just fine on the “cleanliness” scale.
I’d be more than happy to visit this location weekly, if only they were closer to home … but they’re about 300 miles away, unfortunately.

just like everyone else, I am saying the Same thing, which is: do not go to the westmont location. I will say again for emphasis: do not go to the westmont location . Just this past year, I had 2 very bad things happen to me with this location. First, I order tacos and there is a layer of (what look like) LINT but was probably dust or something, really don’t know. But it was BIG. Other thing is, I was given guacamole that was brown, and smelled bad. And one time when I picked up in person they forgot my guacamole so I asked for it and they rolled eyes at me even though I ask nice. If you go to this location, I hope you don’t have a weak stomach.. the food is not safe for consumption and the restaurant is not clean. But one thing I will say is that when my I ordered from there the food was usually on time so I give them props for that, at least I don’t wait to get my expired food

Weakest scoops of my life. They give no food and always half full bowls. Never in my life have I gotten less food for the money. The guy gives no rice. Like dog it’s rice load it up.
