Whoever has been taking orders over the headset this week had the nastiest attitude for no reason. I let her slide the first time only because my child really wanted american deli, but i went today maybe 5 minutes ago at 11:09 and she was back on the intercom with the same nasty attitude. If she doesn’t want to work please let her go or she needs to leave willingly. I am a frequent guest being that i stay so close to this restaurant but i have never had a problem until she came about. This needs to stop asap or i’ll take my review to social media .

The food is awful I asked for season wings and seasoned fries. Wrong orders food cold, fries undercooked and the seasoning just dump on a few fries. I do not know if it is a change in ownership but this place has changed and the food is disgusting.

Literally the worst American deli I ever been too! I got almost home. I always get my fries in the car , and they was so soft like they wasn’t cooked long enough. Don’t let me get started on the wings, they was so big like they went and got the biggest chicken in the coop…. Even the flat(only gave me one) was Humongous. And it was breaded and soft as well. American deli is my fav restaurant because I love wings but I’ll never come here again if it’s the last place on earth! I’ll rather starve. Literally had one bite of wing and threw it away

My food was good, wonderful customer service from the 2 young ladies, One of the young ladies has been working here for a while now I remember her because I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and she’s always showing great customer service. just too many children in the lobby I guess they are from the school across the street. That’s a bad look for business they were doing a little bit too much, the owner should do something about this. They were very loud it was like a club setting instead of a restaurant.

I came in and ordered a grill chicken salad, my number was called but I didn’t hear it, due to how loud it was in there. The restaurant was very crowded with children from the school across the street, one of the children took my order after I set and waited for almost 30 minutes to place my order because they were in the way. They are really running paying customers always by stealing our food and having to reorder and wait again and taking up space inside the restaurant. This was my go to location not any more they are letting the school children run it. I will try the location on Winchester moving forward. I see why McDonald’s and Burger King doesn’t let them in their restaurants.

Today I wanted to do the chicken philly w/wings… But then I thought Nah. Lemme try something else. So this chicken gyro!! Let me elaborate on the freshness of the tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers!! Then there’s the sauce. I like that it actually taste like tzatziki sauce!! Only catch was the chicken. It’s too similar to the philly chicken meat. I appreciate the quality today. Fresh fries! This is considered a “CoCo Special” since I added my own rice. If your hungry AD is perfect tonight!!

I come thru for lunch all the time. There is a young man there. I told him I was proud of him today I don’t know him but he has been there a while. He says he don’t get enough hours. As a customer I just wanted to say if he ask for more hours to work, work with him.. People may not even care, I do he is a young man he could b robbing, stealing doing anything. He wants to work . It’s refreshing to see him in there.. His customer service is awesome, Tyrell always attentive..And he is patient. I really appreciate him and really glad to see a young black man making honest money. Thank You Tyrell for your super awesome customer service!!!
