Not busy but had to Wait to be seated
Mozerella sticks came out fine but the rest of the food took AWHILE (2 entrees and 1 kids meal)
No spoon provided for the yogurt w/ strawberries kids meal. Yogurt also comes on a very hot plate which is odd.
Had to ask for a water refill
When the entrees came out, our chicken Parmesan was missing the breadstick and was brought out halfway through our meal and it was overdone.
Chicken Parmesan was salty and pasta sauce tastes worse than jarred pasta sauce.
Grilled cheeseburger was good but their fries are a worse version of Wendy’s. The tomato soup wasn’t good.
Ticket was $35.66 with Mozerella sticks, the 2 for $25 deal and 1 kids meal and all waters, no soda/flavored drinks.
At the end of the day, I feel the quality of food is worse than McDonalds and overpriced. For the $$$ I payed, I could have gotten 2 large meals with soda and 2 happy meals for less than this experience.
Will not be back.

Really bad meal. The service was the only redeeming quality. We had to squeeze in a quick meal before heading to the hotel. Should have picked something else.
Dissapointed in the food. The guy taking care of us did okay but everything was out of sorts.
The appetizer came out after the meal, chips were literally so old they couldn’t be eaten, and the rest of the food was just okay. Bad choice…. avoid this one folks.

I had the worst experience here so did other people people literally left their food and walked out. I mean they paid a little bit, but the manager marked it down. I ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare and I got it well done my mashed potatoes were cold. I asked the lady three times for a side that she was supposed to bring me and she kept forgetting she disappeared for 20 minutes. People were waiting to order. Other people wanted their drinks refilled. She brought The wrong salad when I did not order I told her that she seemed upset then it took 10 minutes for me to get my salad and I got it with no dressing. I ended up having to ask a manager because she hadn’t came back and nothing was marked down. It was horrible food horrible service would not recommend!!!

I went to this place for lunch. I walked in and was seated at a table immediately. Then I waited well over 10 minutes for someone to wait on me. Several waitresses stuck their head out from around the corner to look at me and then argue about whose section I was setting in. No one ever did wait on me I left without eating. No wonder there was only one other table in the restaurant at lunch time.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the waitress was amazing! Also, the queso and cheese sticks were very good! The chips were a little stale. My steak was horrible. I ordered a steak medium-well. It was brought to me very rare. They sent it back and brought it back to me burnt. It was not medium-well or well done. It was burnt! We won’t eat there again. Whoever the cook was that night was horrible!

This is the worst Applebee’s I’ve been to. Customer service is horrible and employees just stand around.
They didn’t bring out all the food my party ordered and the waiter’s excuse was “the kitchen is backed up and busy.” How is the kitchen busy if y’all have less than 10 customers at the restaurant and to make matters worse, they didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I will DEFINITELY not recommend this restaurant if you’re big on customer service.

UPDATE: Hair found on my quesadilla! Rare occurrence however…they need to bring attention to kitchen’s hair eye and “face mask” IF kitchen help happen to have beards. My meal was comp’ed as it should have been but appetite lost and nauseated, free gross meal could not fix that! DO BETTER Applebee’s!!!!

What in the heck is going on at Applebee’s, Eldorado? Firstly, upon arrival, the hostess… asked if we wanted a booth and pointed to one saying she’d get it cleaned for us. Soon as it was cleaned she sat another couple there. I asked why she gave our table away and she literally grit her teeth saying, IT WAS “NOT” your table… in such an angry tone…I had to ask her if she was ok! Cut to the table and we get plastic dinnerware for my husband’s steak and my chicken pasta!! I asked why was that and was told they had NO clean dishes! We were also told that things were off track because some workers had a fight on site earlier. Thank God my hubby got a good steak from here FINALLY…or our entire experience would have been ruined. I have videos to back up my claims. Not to mention the floors are atrociously FILTHY! I’m staring at jalepenos and trash all over the floor.. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit quickly! Wish there were more dining options nearby!

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our food. Friendly waitress. Nice place to take the family out after 9 o’clock… I’m glad for the later closing time.
Went back tonight and everything was good except for the dessert. It didn’t look anything like the picture and if the picture looked like what it actually was I wouldn’t of ordered it!!

2/$25…I got the chicken parmigiana. It was awful. Pasta was so dry, as was the chicken that had one tablespoon of sauce on it. The manager came by to apologize and comped my meal. She was very polite. I took my food home and fed it to the dog.

Yesterday, September 13th, we walked into Applebees about 4pm. We had driven there from Magnolia to get something different to eat. After we waited for 10 minutes for the the host to get us seated, only about 20 people in the place total at the time. He just stood there staring off into space like he was lost. Then, we sat at a table for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were even there. So, the wife, my daughter, and I got up and walked out. Went down the street and had a good meal where the workers seemed like they cared enough to help the ones there for an enjoyable meal. We spent almost $100 dollars on meal and tipped generously for good service.
Applebees has gone downhill bad enough that I feel they should just close the doors at the ElDorado location.
