Stopped here to grab a bite and couldn’t help but be impressed by how friendly Aren was, Im not sure who made the chicken but it was fresh and on point, an overall great experience of great service, great food and one of the cleanest Hardee’s Ive seen recently.

Second horrible experience here. The first time, 2 workers were outside in back smoking. Finished their few more puffs and took my order. Today, I ordered 4 burgers and 1 large order of fries. Cashier told me to pull up she’ll bring out the food. 10 min later,I decided to walk in. Nobody in drive-through or dining, burgers bagged and fries sitting there. Nobody around. She comes up from the back of the restaurant, bags my fries, and says, “Oh… sorry about that.”
Fries were old and cold. 1 burger with 2 bottom pieces. Everything else was barely warm. Terrible!

I like eating breakfast here, the food is good the staff is always friendly and competent. Only thing is they have this 2 for 5 steak biscuit deal, that’s what I always get with a side of gravy, but you can’t get it on the app, so I’m not getting any stars or rewards. There’s a bit of a workaround you can get a breakfast platter with steak and you basically got the same thing but you only get one biscuit, not that I don’t like their eggs or hash rounds but I just want the biscuits meat and gravy so I have missed out on quite a few Stars over the past couple months cuz we generally eat there at least three times a week, still no complaints though on breakfast anyway!

I would put negative stars if possible. I watched 6 wrong orders along with mine come in and repeatedly come back because they got it wrong AGAIN. someone needs to fire shrek of a shift lead screaming at her employees while doing nothing to help or rectify the actual situation. Watched the lady next to me get handed the wrong biscuit 4 times Jesus how hard can it be. Also mine was still wrong I left before the cops got called.

Went by just a few minutes ago. 2702 N Roan St. JC. Not one customer in the store or the drive through. Was told at the drive through, “We’ll be with you in a few minutes”. You have no customers. But your employees are outside smoking at the front of the restaurant at 5:45. They also park at the front of the store because they’re usually sitting in their cars. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for 3 people to smoke outside. This store needs to fire the useless people that can’t serve the customers in a reasonable time. Went to a different Hardee’s and they said EVERYBODY COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS STORE! Hire people that will do their job instead of getting paid to stay outside smoking. Too bad I can’t send the picture of the useless employees. Social media is where I put the pictures.

I Ordered 2 biscuits on my mobile app, 1 with no cheese and for some reason they got it wrong twice, and even sent the cook to the window with an attitude.. after the manager already gave us an attitude bc she couldn’t read the slip apparently

It took over 15 minutes for them to get chicken tenders and when I received my food the fries were stale and the chicken tasted like the oil they cooked it in was far past it’s change out time.
