No communication at all from the late night staff. If you’re lucky enough to get an employee’s attention, they’ll just tell you your order is coming up, only to tell you 30 minutes later that they already gave it to someone else. And this isn’t a one time thing. It happens ALL THE TIME at night. These people put absolutely ZERO effort or care into their job. Like seriously it’s not that hard to communicate with people.

The only annoying part was the corporate powers that be deciding to install *self-service kiosks right inside the lobby.

This obviously profit-motivated step towards automation is insulting to the customer AND the already underpaid skeleton crew, who is primarily overwhelmed with the endless flow of drive thru orders, which creates a less than optimum experience for the “old-fashioned” casual *dine-in customer who doesn’t want to eat in their car; all that self-serve rubbish some middle managers can meet their regional metrics for the quarter.

Meanwhile, there’s a couple of pretty good independent Mexican places right up the road, so do I want the instant gratification via PepsiCo, or the slightly less immediate but far more authentic (and delicious) food that comes from supporting local businesses?

Choose wisely amigos.

I was really curious why this location was rated 2.8 stars… but then I ordered from them and it all made sense. Spent 15 mins sitting in the drive thru to experience their ever so slow service! Ordered a spicy potato soft taco with NO LETTUCE; it came with lettuce falling out of it. Reading must not be a requirement to work at this location. I also ordered a steak quesadilla; only the middle two pieces had ingredients in them (the outside two were just tortilla). I ordered a cheese quesadilla; it wasn’t cut at all and was paper thin! For almost $7 for a cheese quesadilla, you would think they would actually fill the quesadilla. Are there not requirements for weights and ingredients to justify that cost?! Not sure who the manager is at this location, but they should be fired! You’re doing a TERRIBLE job!! I will not be back! 0/10 I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Save your money!

went to taco bell late last night with some friends, placed an order on the app. When we pulled up to the drive thru they said they were closing early because they ran out of food with no explanation as to why they ran out. (There were several customers in the lobby that appeared to either be waiting for food or getting told the same thing) Either this location is understaffed or they have shit shipment planning. Haven’t tried this taco bell in 10 years and won’t be trying again @new lenox taco bell owners: if you are THAT understaffed and the employees are so stressed that they can’t even take one car in the drive thru, y’all need to do better with hiring and supporting your staff. If it’s a shipment issue and there really was no food then DO BETTER THERE TOO. or expect to keep losing business and money when there’s other taco bell’s within a 10 minute drive. Went to joliet and they were GREATTTTT

Spent almost 30 min to get 15 tacos ( mostly regular ) a Mexican pizza and a quesadilla. The food was slapped together almost no meat on the tacos. Usually a 12 case comes in a box. Not this time. Threw all 15 tacos on my Mexican pizza and smushed it . The pizza nor the quesadilla was cut. It was almost $45 dollars for the food and it definitely wasn’t worth it. It’s so sad

Taco Bell had always been a favorite of ours. We’ve only used the drive through but today thought we would order and eat inside at the New Lenox restaurant on route 30. It was absolutely disgusting from the doors, to the floors, to the tables. And the restrooms! They should be ashamed to prepare and serve food here. Filth every where. Looked like food or something greasy and disgusting all over the glass entry doors. There can’t be anyone cleaning. Wet toilet paper rolls all over the restroom. There was an older couple in front of us that looked around and said they would take their food to go instead of eating in. Completely ruined Taco Bell for us. Disgusting…

Did they get rid of the 3 ounce scoop for bean burritos? Did they stop teaching the 3 finger punch technique for lettuce on tacos? It’s like they don’t do secret shoppers anymore too keep portions honest. It’s just charge more supply less screw the customer make profit. Very sad.

ATTENTION OWNER/ DISTRICT MANAGER

This Taco Bell should be shut down to deep clean, re hire and train a whole new team. Operations are non existent and facilities condition are to the point of creating a food borne illness outbreak. I don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department?

Every inch of the place is dirty and disgusting! 2/6 11:20pm – 3 employees, not wearing uniform just chatting away in a circle in the Drive Thru area and using their cell phones, while the dinning room probably hasn’t been cleaned since dinner.

The people working there obviously don’t care and they know nothing is being done about it. Several instances of business closing 1-2 hours earlier.

Sometimes businesses have 1 bad Apple that they need to let go, however, this is happening all the time with all the employees working there.

This is absolutely managements responsibility – how can you have these people serve food to paying customers? This is obviously an ongoing issue based on reviews. I assure you are loosing business and will probably have a major issue with this place being the next E.coli outbreak on the news.

How many more 1 star reviews (just because we can’t do – negative reviews) do customers have to report for someone to do their job?

It’s simple – if you’re getting paid to do a job just do it, especially if people are trusting their health and spending their money to buy your food! UNBELIEVABLE – just so everyone knows the one on LaGrange Rd Frankfort IL is the same and probably owned or managed by the same people!

This place deserves ZERO stars!!! First of all, the manager didnt want to give his name, which was supposedly Matt. Then, I was telling him how the girl at the window wasn’t friendly AT ALL, & how my Mexican Pizza was put on the bottom of the bag, which was bullshit. He said that if im going to curse, then I could call someone else. My boyfriend said another curse word & the manager hung up on me. My Grilled Cheese Burrito was supposed to not have any Nacho Cheese or Chipoyle sauce on it. Well, I’ve had this burrito before, & how I order it, it’s NOT spicy!!! This burrito tonight WAS SPICY!!!!!! My Mexican Pizza was on the bottom, so it was TOTALLY SMASHED!!! I’m afraid to try the Chicken Quesadilla, because I ordered it without creamy jalapeño sauce.
My boyfriend’s Doritos Locos Tsco was smashed, too!!! And he asked for Mild & Hot sauces, but the girl gave us Mild & Fire sauces. We’ll NEVER go back here again!!! And if you dontvwant your order messed up, you’ll go elsewhere, too!!! HORRIBLE customer service skills & the manager needs to have more patience!!! I didnt swear at him a second time, & my boyfriend had not heard him the first time & was really pissed off abput our order!!! We spent OVER $30 there!!! WHAT A WASTE!!!
