First time here and ngl I’m sorry I’ve been sleeping on this place for years. Pizza was delicious, was quicker than I expected, which was nice. The employee was helpful and suggested downloading the app for weekly offers. I signed up right away and ended up w a free No Name cake! Will be back!

Carlos here at Mod takes care of us a lot. Love this guys. He welcomes us in and generally cares about his attitude towards the customer. Super nice guy. He always gets us thru in a timely manner with a smile. This guys needs to be recognized, not just with a words. I hope his manager sees this and puts a little more on his check each week. Ppl don’t realize that these types of places need more ppl like Carlos to be the face of the company right there out in front . Thanks again sir

I’ve been a customer of MOD Pizza for a long time. I moved and have been to this location three times. Two of the three times my order has had to be redone.
The first time, a chunk of my pizza was torn off in the grill because it’s stuck to the bottom. It was bad enough that half a slice was missing. The guy even acknowledged that he knew it was torn. Thankfully, I caught it before I left but still had to wait for my order to get redone.
I was there tonight and as I’m getting ready to get into my car, I start smelling burnt food. I opened up the box in my front seat to find that the crust is burnt halfway around. I look on the bottom and half of the bottom has multiple burnt spots as well. The lady looks at the guy and asked him if he knew it was burnt, and he shrugged his shoulders to say no he didn’t. How do you not see that the crust is burnt halfway around? He never apologized, but the other store staff did.
So, out of the last three visits… I’ve had issues with two of my orders.
Such horrible customer service, I will not be returning to this location again. And since there isn’t another MOD close by, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The staff can’t even be respectful enough of me to let me know there was an issue before I walked out the door. They handed it to me banking on me not looking over it before I left. I never had these issues at any other MOD.

We love going to MOD Pizza! Some of us are very creative with our pizza topping choices. And some just choose ones off the wall. I mean the pizza doesn’t come off the wall. The recipe does. The wood fire oven magnificent! Everyone is always full and just a tiny bit plumper when we leave here.

This place just seems to be getting worse. It’s never really been managed great with the cleanliness or speed of service. We stood in line for 10 min and were the only ones in line. Always dirty, staff is extremely slow and unmotivated, and “management” doesn’t really manage. Approached them about our burnt pizzas (pictures attached), and they weren’t helpful in resolving at all. No offer to fix or resolve.

First time here and not super impressed. The pie had a char on it which I personally like so that was good. I just wasn’t thrilled with my toppings. I ordered the jasper and the calexico and some garlic cheesy bread. The tastes just weren’t there for me. I ate it so it wasn’t horrible. Just not something that will make me do a return visit. also drink lid rack was dirty and dishes from lunch rush needed picked up, but overall the restaurant looked ok.

I’ve been to this MOD pizza a couple times now. If you go the guys are super helpful. I especially liked the cook who would give us updates on where our pizza was at. If you’re looking for a tasty pizza I recommend getting the mega dough which is the double stuffed crust. Seriously you won’t regret it. My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple. If you ask for extra red sauce they usually give it you. They have free take out boxes when you have leftovers. Just remember it’s pan pizzas! Beautiful sitting on the patio this time of the year.

Always get what I ask for. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pizzas and salads are excellent and they even offer alcohol if you want a drink. My kids love the small little dessert cakes, they remind me of dingdong‘s. Would recommend this location to all.
