Stopped by for a local breakfast here yesterday. It’s a great local non-chain restaurant with prices like back in the good old days. Excellent service, lots of options on the menu, and everything clean and neat. Definitely worth a stop by if you’re looking for a local restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Nice place, very clean, friendly staff, great food, and service. They greet you when you come in, get your coffee right away, food comes out within 10 minutes. My only complaint is that they only had milk or coffee mate for my coffee and “buttery margarine spread ” for my fantastic biscuit. I’m a purist and want the real thing. Other than that they are 5 star. They also had great looking specials on the board.

First visit here. Friendly, homestyle spot in an older strip center. Non-stop busy, plus phone orders. Families, seniors, couples, bikers, a klatsch or two.
Great food, fast, friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed my Potato Pancake Platter, which included 6 mini potato pancakes, two sausage patties (links or bacon also available), two eggs any style, and biscuit or toast. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious, but I’ve gotta give special mention to the biscuit! Best I’ve had in three counties, rivals Loveless Cafe in Nashville!
Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Highly recommend.

The food was good until I found a long hair in my omelette, just as I was taking a pic. The waitress was very gracious and apologetic. They very quickly made another. No discount offered, which is fine, I didn’t ask either. I got the veggie omelette, my daughter got the eggs Benedict minus the meat. She loved it!

We wanted to eat at a locally owned breakfast spot and chose Sunrise Cafe. Coffee was EXCELLENT, food was superb and service was great. Very friendly, basic breakfast spot. Prices were great. We will go again!

This diner is a local gem. We had the pleasure of visiting for the first time. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient. We’ve found our favorite breakfast spot.

The waitresses really make this place. They are so friendly. The food is mediocre at best. Biscuit was dry, omelet was bland. The place feels a little sporadic and crowded but I can believe all the tables fill up as when I was done it seemed to have a lot of regulars who came in.
