I don’t know why this is so hard. I placed my order online. All they have to do is read a screen. I paid for a double whopper meal and a single whopper meal. They gave me two single whopper’s, but they still charged me still for my double whopper that I didn’t receive smh and also I did not want cheese on the two whoppers I only want cheese on 1. Also, they don’t answer their phone when you try to call 4X and let them know about their mistake. If I had a business where I was charging people for double the meat and I would only give them a single piece. I would be a billionaire!

Fantastic experience at Burger King! Ordering through the in-store kiosk was seamless. Dining in, the staff double-checked my order to ensure everything was spot on. Attention to detail and great customer service made my visit truly enjoyable.
I also appreciated the no-carb options, which catered perfectly to my dietary needs. And a lovely touch – they provide silverware. This thoughtful addition to their menu and service is a definite win!

Bring back jalapeño bites. Also, called to complain about the chicken wrap being covered in sauce because its really soggy and not worth eating at all. But they put me on holding without telling me, then I talked to the manager who didnt care at all. Really annoying not returning.

We went here twice in one week, on the way to and then on the way back from our destination. The first time, the food was great, but it was a bit pricey for what you get, and the manager had a long conversation with an employee about transferring right next to us. Maybe do this somewhere else. On the way back we used a phone coupon and had a good cheap meal but the was no ketchup and nobody behind the counter would wait on me, so I gave up and ate my fries dry. I love BK but this one is spotty.

A sheer cluster. No one to wait on the counter. Food very slow. Dining room a mess, with almost no clean tables. It’s supposed to be fast food, and for $23 for two “value” meals, I expect more. Not a BK experience I’d like to repeat.

This location is the absolute definition of Incompetence. You cannot get the drive through in less than 20 minutes on a weekday. A weekend? Forget it! Line to the road for mid fast food. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to lose their job.

This place has went completely down hill in the last few months. Damn shame too. They litterly argue behind the counter like a bunch of kids while backed up. You would think the owner or the gm would step up and in. Poor management is gonna cause another burger king to shut down. This place is worse and worse and today will be the last time.

Used drive thru. Took over 10 minutes to place order once I pulled up to kiosk. Everything is very slow, but food was as expected and employees were polite. Believe a management issue, keeping them understaffed.

It was late and they were busy, so I waited in line for a long while. My order came to $10 for a burger and fries (water to drink) and my food come out cold. I asked for extra napkins and received zero. A poor experience from start to finish.
