Absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant I have been to in such a long time. The food was prepared well and was delicious. But the staff had no sense of urgency. It seems mismanaged. It was also freezing inside for autumn. No need to keep the air conditioner set to 60°F, it felt like.

Just when you think the place can’t get any worse. From the horrible and I do mean a horrible unfriendly drive through stuff that can barely speak a sentence to the hard biscuits and the cold food.. not to mention usually the food isn’t even what you ordered in the first place they can’t even get the drinks right.. this by far is the worst fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to really have no choice but to go there because there’s nothing else in the area besides McDonald’s to drive through… Only go there if we’re desperate will only go through if we’re desperate… I think the place should be torn down and something else should be put there bonito hire a whole new staff including management that actually care about what they’re putting out.. from the food to the service it is garbage

Staff is more interested in talking about personal issues and not really paying attention. To what the customer wants or ask for the food was actually good. Service overfield cups dripping soda off the cup. When you pick it up to take it to your car, you gotta stop and wipe it off for yourself. Shouldn’t been overrun anyway. But I dare get no time soon.

The manager at this bojangles is very rude to his employees and customers. He walked up to his cashier in the middle of us ordering and shoved a $20 bill in her face that was apparently fake. He degraded this young girl right in front of us for not noticing the money was fake. He walked away and came back even more mad, I asked if she could finish taking our order before he continues to yell at her in front of us. His answer was no. We left immediately. Have never had an issue at this location until now. If I was this girls parents I would have a major problem with the way he was talking to her.

I came in at 7:45pm with a party of 6. 2 other people were eating inside. We overheard one of the workers say “Why they come here? There is a McDonald’s down the road!” We ordered, we could tell they did not want to serve us, not sure why. As we ate one of the workers kept walking by staring at us.
It was a long day of moving and I just wanted to treat my family and friends for helping me move. We felt very unwelcome.

A better bojangles experience than Atlantic Beach. Of course that doesn’t take much. Today they verified my sauce at the window and still forgot it. Put NO seasoning on my fries and then after having to go back and walk in to get my sauce they wouldn’t comp an extra 25 cent sauce for the trouble.
