The stars don’t lie. Not to be funny I’m actually upset. The initial woman serving us seemed kind but didnt understand why serving a ripped up tortilla shell was ok. I asked for another one; she obliged. Again, she was kind. However, moving down the assembly line the woman at the cold bar didn’t know how to wrap a burrito. The food area was dirty and sloppy. Food was all over the wrapping, it was kind of gross. I asked if she can wipe the counter off. She shut down and did nothing. Then the kind lady says whats wrong she repeats and says, “she want me to wipe this off”. The blank stares was enough for me to walk out. Sorry, I just cant do sloppy thrown together food, not for my kids. I dont like doing bad reviews but attitude is everything when serving someone’s food.

This is the worst chipotle I have been to. I didn’t receive proper assistance during my entire time being assisted. I was polite and even waited. I completely lack interest of my meal AFTER I paid and had the staff member walk away and not even bag my food. Another staff member came accused me of not paying after crumpling up my receipt . I showed my Apple Pay transaction and was still was told to pay again stating my transaction never even existed. I tried to tell him my receipt is the one he immediately crumpled up without hesitation but he tried to lie and say the receipt system prints it prior to payment which does not make sense. I was patient and let him try to find the transaction he was rude and accusing until he realized he didn’t even ask what I received to know my exact charge. He did not apologize for his mistake at all. I was so disgusted I requested a refund and left upset and disappointed because this is another bad experience at this establishment. Will not attempt to return because I am 100% sure my service will be subpar.

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I ordered two rice bowls one with chicken and one with tofu for my friend—and the portions were shockingly small. The protein servings were barely half a scoop and didn’t even cover one side of the bowl, and even the black beans portion was minimal.
When I asked what was next, it felt rushed, and when I requested extra, the response was dismissive. I’m paying for a full meal, not asking for charity. To make it worse, as I moved aside to eat, the staff member appeared to be laughing, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful.
I chose Chipotle because I expect consistent portions and service, and I even recommended this location to a friend over other options. This branch completely failed to meet basic expectations. If this is the standard here, management needs to urgently retrain staff and review portion control and customer service.
I would not recommend this location until there is a clear improvement.

Finally Chipotle in my neighborhood! We was waiting for a long to get a new location on atlantic blv and also its very close to exit 36 on i95.
A lot of space inside for seating and outside for parking. New stuff is very friendly, fast, food is fresh (hope they will keep a quality) and big shout out to girl who made me the best bowl i ever ate!

I used to come to this chipotle on a weekly basis, there was always this wonderful young lady who made my experience pleasant. However, I noticed she was no longer there. Upon further investigation I discovered she was wrongly fired and the way this location treats the staff is despicable!! The food service and quality has also gone down since her firing. I’m severely disappointed with this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. The food was nasty and extremely dry nothing tasted fresh at all. The dining room was filthy; every table and chair had food stuck on it or visible spills. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage, which only added to how unpleasant the environment was.
The food line itself was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff was young, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. I honestly couldn’t believe this was a new location considering how terrible the conditions were inside.
This was a complete disappointment, and I will never return. Definitely not recommended.

I will be NOT be returning I walked into this establishment at 8pm and the grill was already closing down 3 hours early, there was no vinegarette and there was absolutely no one to greet me I stood in line alone for over 5 mins. Finally a young man from the back (shown in picture) came to take my order he was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be at work all the employees were hiding near the online station when I originally walked in. When I asked for fresh rice because all the food on the line looked old and unpleasant he stated there was no more rice besides that and that I would have to wait for the cook to prepare a whole new batch. No one inside was prepared to greet or service customers and the employees weren’t helpful AT ALL I came here after a long day of work and the treatment, lack of food and service and below minimum especially for a chipotle…I eventually just left without ordering as the service was just overwhelmingly negative and unhelpful.

I’m beyond words right now. Not only did my door dash app send me 45 mins out of the way but it sent me to the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever seen. No one is in the front they are making it all in the back and then bringing it out food is cold. Food wasn’t ready when I got there even though app says it’s ready.
