I thoroughly enjoyed my recent lunch at Tom’s. The chili cheese slaw dog was superb, if a bit on the sweet side. Next time I’ll do the same dog sans slaw. Probably didn’t need slaw anyway. The place itself is not big, and you will get to know your fellow dog lovers at the high top. But you likely won’t be there long anyway.
If you’re in the area and are hungry, get a dog at Tom’s.

The food was good and environment nice, but the prices are ridiculous. We got three plain hotdogs, a chilli dog, and a plain hamburger with fries(4) and fountain drinks…over $70!!!!! I was absolutely shocked. It was over $15 per person to eat a hotdog and fries, two adults and two kids. Then requested a tip when you order at the counter.
The staff was kind, the business was clean, food was decent, but the prices got me.
I used to eat there when the were by The Oriental Market and it was the cheap, good option for a quick lunch. Definitely can’t say that now. I should have been more careful with looking at the prices beforehand, but figured, “hey, it’s hotdogs, this is the cheap lunch option.”

I’m a cast member in the local production of Hairspray: The Broadway Musical and I just wanted to stop by and say our recent fundraiser with Tom’s Hot Dogs was a whole vibe!! The turnout was fantastic, the staff were so warm and inviting. They even dressed up in 60s attire to help us promote the show! Oh and the hot dogs? Chef’s kiss! They stayed in character with us and helped us bring a good Baltimore-like energy to the crowd. We sang, we danced, we served the crowd hot dogs and we even crowned our own Miss “Not-So-Teenage” Hairspray (according to her lol)!! Huge thanks to Tom’s for helping us make our event a fabulous success!

Ordered a foot long chilidog, no onions. The lady making the dogs got my order wrong and when I told her, she fixed it. Right then. No questions, no eye roll, no issue. Solid respectful service. Even the young ones at the register. The dog was decent but the chili was seriously lacking flavor. I mean zero spices or salt. Others with me also agreed. They do have some hot sauces though, so it can be doctored. You just shouldn’t have to. The fries need some salt but otherwise they had a nice crisp.
Value wise I think this place is very reasonable, especially for a foot long. I’ll stop by again.

This place is always a great experience. Ms. Pam is always so nice and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and comfortable, and it’s obvious a lot of heart goes into running this business. We’re always happy to support it and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great little spot downtown for dogs and burgers. Fast and friendly service. My cheeseburger was more than I expected, absolute perfection. Chili dog was messy but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Though I am a native to PC, I haven’t been to Tom’s Hot Dogs as an adult. Why? I couldn’t to you. What I can tell you is this is an excellent establishment to eat at and order from. I was even able to order an all Beef hot dog without Bun to fit in with my current Keto Diet Plan. Price is reasonable and the food was worth every penny. Will definitely visit this place more often in the future….
