I was waiting in line when they called out that there was an issue with an order. (It was the person behind me.) They said to talk to them before they paid. So I paid and went to get my food.
They told me the soup I ordered was out of stock (same issue as the person behind me, but they completely ignored my order). They asked if I wanted a smaller size instead. (The last time I got a smaller size at this location, they would not give me my money back for the size difference.) So they got a manager to refund me. The manager had no personality and did not even apologize.

Everyone in the store was super friendly except the manager Kasie needs had no idea how to speak to a customer even when the customer told her she was being nasty no apology. I forgot my I’d had no problem going to my car and getting it then asked her for my slip she was extremely rude and did not offer to reprint or anything. I asked her if there was something wrong she said she wasn’t going to lose her job over my id I said ok you are being very nasty I have no problem giving you my id. She needs training on how to speak to people being so proud of her management position and it being important to her .

Average place to grab and go an they offer curbside delivery. Bad thing about this place is the over pricing of the items and the small sizes that you get for the amount you paid. The make your own is ridiculous due to the type of selection they give you e:||s@

today around 1pm I came in to grab a few items. I just wanted to run out of there. Staff shouting over customers about a kid who parked his bike near the door. Then at the register the guy who helped me was extremely rude (mark) Literally he rolled his eyes and got frustrated with me because he was doing something wrong on the register and my card wasn’t processing because of his error! Usually I don’t write reviews but I felt the shift was just so unprofessional that I couldn’t just ignore it. Not to mention items from my order were missing. staff is way too distracted with their own conversation that they are not focusing on their work!!!

This is my favorite wawa but I don’t always go there cuz the parking lot is beyond annoying. A group of older men loiter at the trash cans, and landscapers meet here. Trucks just park anywhere, whether it’s a spot or not. Not a single place to park but one 5 customers inside.

I have been going to this Wawa for nearly 20 years. In the past 2 years this store has gone downhill significantly. The employees are rude and will watch you stand at the counter waiting. Constantly out of items in the deli for fresh food. My girlfriend and I visited lastnight for food. We purchased chicken tenders and a chicken tender parm sandwich. I felt quesy from the tenders and she got sick from the tender sandwich. I am not going back to this location. I will go a little farther to the williamstown location.

I work for wawa and never would I curse at costumer! Lady in the deli held my food for 5 mins after I already paid. Then when I grabbed it she said, “thank you for f@$*ing acknowledging me. Or just walk away!” This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this wawa. I’m never vistiting this wawa ever again. I’ll gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to the one in Berlin! I hope she doesn’t talk to more customers like that.
