The food is always hot and taste good. The service is a hit or miss. Lately it’s been better but I’ve run into some really nasty workers there. I think I’ve even caught the owners helping. If there is the slightest of a line- YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT at least 10 min. And they pull people up often but as I stated when they bring it to you, the food is fresh. There’s a reason people are willing to wait though! I would recommend if you are not in a rush. If you are it is best to go before or after the rush hours. I will return for sure, regardless of the minimal issues.

Horrible customer service, staff lacked common sense. i sat for over 2 min waiting at the drive thru board to place my order and thought well maybe no one is here since there were no cars, but i pulled around and saw a car and waited so i could place my order at the window… the staff went back and forth with me and told me they weren’t going to take it and i had to pull around, at this time i waited now 6 min or so.. instead of her apologizing that no one took my order, she refused. i asked to speak to the manager and she said they don’t have one and they only have a store manager named Omar. i ended up leaving, smh.

You all need to be ashamed of yourselves! I purchased the Ham and cheese croissant. I used the offer of paying $3. I was so disappointed! The small amount of Ham. It was hardly there. The presentation of how it looked on the outside, was a hard NO. It was NOT tasty at all. Then anytime I visit, the donuts I request are always sold out. I believe that any request for donuts just need to be made in the early morning.

I have been to this location a few times and it does take awhile at times (but that’s because it gets busy). Overall, it’s great! Today specifically was even better and got what I needed in under 5 minutes. Fast, friendly, and kept clean!

This was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I’ve eaten thousands of donuts over the years. I’m 56. So I’ll consider myself enough of a donut expert, especially Dunkin’ Donuts. This was by far the best jelly donut I’ve ever had in any Dunkin’ Donuts in the country. Why? Perfect size, perfect amount of jelly. Perfect amount of raised sugar on both sides. Sugar was not moist. Donut had a firm texture.

I came to get my usual a sweet tea and a donut and was greeted friendly LaDonna and unknown to me at the time a new associate named San. I received my order fast and I sat to enjoy it however my tea wasn’t as sweet as like it. ( I like my tea extremely sweet) I asked for it to be sweeter and they remade my drink without any hesitation and it came out perfect. Also I noticed the Halloween decorations which was a nice touch

Today I went and there were only two guys. They were really nice, but they were swamped with work , it was too much for just two people. Still, the service was good. I know it’s probably not that busy every day, but on days like this, they definitely need at least three people.

Stopped in for a late breakfast. I ordered the Dunkin’ Run Bagel Deal, with a hot coffee, you have your choice of that or an iced coffee for the $3 plus tax…
But be warned, if you don’t want coffee, you will not get the deal and it goes to the regular menu prices. At least double the price or more. Food for thought.
But it hit the spot in a rush. Donuts are the main items though. If that’s your thing…
Decor is the standard franchise look. All tables, no booths. Drive thru available.
In a pinch, for coffee, or donuts, or a quick meal for the road, it’s a good place.
