The manager, who is Asian, always has a sour expression. There’s an employee who glares at women who look better than her physically, and she literally throws the food bags. You need to be very patient when you go to that Wendy’s.

Very disappointed with this branch. Ordered dinner for the family and received a VERY undercooked chicken sandwich (see picture below). We took apart the sandwich after my daughter said something was wrong with it to find that most of the chicken was uncooked! This is the most recent of a handful of issues that have led to us avoiding this branch most of the time.
This has sealed the deal – there’s no way we’re eating here again.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for one junior bacon cheeseburger. Finally got it and she takes my card puts it in the machine to pay and then walks away for another 10 minutes serving customers inside. The level of incompetence is unreal I had to sit there for 5 minutes and watch her serve people when she could have just handed me my card after It beeped after she put it in the machine after one second.

This Wendy’s isn’t good for large orders or any orders in general. I ordered a plain baconator (the burger one) and they gave me a chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce on it. I also ordered a drink and they never gave it to me. I went there another night too and got a meal with chicken and fries and an order of baconator fries and they gave me the chicken and the baconator fries but they never gave me the other fries. This place is actually horrible, they always leave stuff out of my order if I order through the drive through which has AI but on the receipt it has the stuff we ordered but not in the bag. Actual bullshit
