This place was recommended to me , we were quickly seated and our waiter was right there waiting for us, brought our drinks quickly and our food arrived quickly also,I got the smoked turkey it was amazing it was tender and not dry at all tried their wings were very very good every thing we got was very good!!! And the Heath banana pudding was fabulous and Eliot the gm was so kind to us ,He even gave us some of the rub they had on the wings 10/10 wonderful will be back !!!

Cashier was really nice but that’s about it. The food was horrible and expensive. The brisket we got was cold. Chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. Stale, dry and cold. There was no saliva left in my mouth. Very disappointed because the other location seems to have nice food.

Noble Smoke in Optimist Hall was great. Fast and courteous service. Self-serve drink station. Excellent smoky pork on a soft bun. Creamy, sweet white slaw. Thanksgiving-level macaroni and cheese. Definitely one of the top local places for BBQ. They have a wide variety of smoked meat options and all of the sides I’ve had are great. They have a full bar and patio seating when the weather allows as well as private dining options available.

I was helped by Randolph. I am from Hawaii and always make it a point to come to this location when I visit my sister in Charlotte.
The food is OUSTANDING! I have a lot of food allergies and intolerance. The wings and fries are not fried in canola or soybean oil, like so many companies.
The portion size is also worth the money.

The Brisket is well seasoned and comes with a variety of sauces to choose from. The Mac and greens were no where near mediocre as well very well seasoned and delicious. The price on the other hand was verrrrry steep for the portion size, in addition there is a surcharge for a peice of bread that does not come with the brisket. This was not 40$ worth but definitely worth a try.

We both got the sliced brisket. I got two orders of the red slaw. He got the mac and cheese. Everything is a la carte. There are no combo meal options. The brisket was tender for the most part. The red slaw had a serious kick to it. The mac and cheese was just okay. The cashier was polite and professional but not friendly. The food is what will bring us back.
