Went to drive-through and asked for my food to be fried hard not burnt. At first they handed me a plate that was made in less than five seconds so I have to go back inside and ask for my food to get redone. They serve me a plate of food that Nobody on God‘s earth would want to eat.
Is common courtesy to treat others food as if it was your own no one in that establishment would have ate my plate it was a waste of $20 and I paid to go big on the wings and things

Edit to add again 10/4/2025, I had to come back through and get another loaded fry… Jamie is the fry guy and if you need a loaded fry make sure he is working!!! Also Natalia “Nat” has to be the sweetest ever. Very attentive and accommodating. The manager had to go to the other location for shells for the tacos, and I had just asked if I could put them on my order and pick up later so I could use my rewards coupon. She printed a separate receipt so that I could come back later and get them. Also their tea has to be some in of the best and fresh in fast food. Third pic is fry’s today! 🙂
UPDATE::: ok I went through today, and the loaded fry guy was there, he made my fry’s!!!! Now this is loaded!!! 100! See second picture! Also the staff is amazing there! 10star!
Finally… Zaxbys, FINALLY!!!!! This was my 5th time ordering yesterday, 10/1/25 the loaded fry’s… but never have they been loaded” as the pic shows or as one would want, when they get something loaded… even when asking for extra etc. One day I ate inside, usually I grab to go, and I got them.. I was disappointed but didn’t feel like complaining… but as I walked by a worker sitting there eating his, like man why can’t mine look as loaded as that… I learned early on in jobs especially in the food and beverage industry to make it as you’d want to eat it.. customer satisfaction is key! Make your customers happy, they’ll return! Well anyway enough rant, yesterday I finally got the closest to loaded yet, and I was satisfied! As a breastfeeding mom, you still have to feed the cravings and for some reason these are the current item! So good yesterday, and will prob get again today.

I was driving by and I turned around because I love the big snack meal. It smelled was so good I eat it driving home. The chicken strips was nice and juicy and the fries were delicious. I got a lemonade and it was so good.

I really enjoy stopping at this location. Everyone is always super friendly. I usually get the salads but today I tried the new veggie egg rolls. Very good. Sauce was excellent. Drive thru is always quick and never had an issue with my order. Also enjoy the variety of drinks available. Update after they built the new store. Still friendly staff, much nicer inside. Drive thru gets you going fast but atmosphere inside is great with all the changes.

UPDATE FROM 3 to 1 star: As of 5/10/25 the service at this store has gotten progressively worse… wowza. They need to completely overhaul this team working. I’m not sure why they are so rude here? 15 min late on my order that already had a 10 min wait.. so we are here for 25 min…. And they are yelling back and forth about it. Trash on the floor… Just plain WILD. And why so little fries? And they literally gave me a container of sauce that is not even half way full… THIS PLACE SUCKS 🙁
Update 8/2025 – workers are still bad.. and sauce portions are poor. Charged $3 in sauce and this is the amount in the 1 oz cup!

Ordered wings. Got 5 dry, crunchy pieces tossed in sauce. Not sure how old the wings w but did not appear fresh. Best part of the meal was the drink.

Amazing food and service! Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff! I’d recommend trying the lemon pepper traditional wing meal with a a birthday cake shake! Don’t even get me started on the delicious cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce! We will be back!

TOO SALTY! Order taker rolled her eyes at my b/c I needed to add to order @ pay window. Her Nose ring did Not look hygienic.. Lettuce not fresh, chicken Too Salty & she did not give us what we ordered which we didn’t find out until we were home. Disappointed since the remodel. Lady that handed me food was lovely.

Big Zaxby’s fan! Stopped at this location to show my wife. Asked the drive thru if they could toss the chicken in a sauce, and he said no.
I’ve done this at other locations, and legitimately think he was just lazy.
It’s the principle of the matter. Could I have eaten the chicken plain and dipped it? Of course.
It’s more of the customer service and laziness.

Stopped in for a late lunch while waiting for the airbnb rental to let us checkin. This new location was great. Everything was clean in the dining room. The 2 employees I interacted with were both friendly. Most important, my order was accurate and came out quickly.
