The store employees consistently close the store before the posted daily hours. The fries from this location taste terrible, it’s like they don’t change the frying oil. Definitely don’t recommend this location, due to unreliability.

It’s been around a year since I quit going here. I thought I would give them another try. We hit the drive thru this morning. Had a ratchet girl take our order. Charged us to much. But the manager was at the window when we got there. He was professional and fixed it. But our biscuits were burnt. So I’ll be leaving this place alone again. So hard to find go help.

Terrible customer service. I walked in to the young lady with a nasty attitude. She rolled her eyes at me. That’s the only greeting I received. She didn’t say hello or say one moment pls. Nothing but an eyeball. I was the only customer no one in drive thru either. She ignored me took mupitle selifies.. right over food she pucker her lips up touching her phone and fixing her hair for her selfie. She asked me what I wanted with her back towards me. At first I thought she was taking a drive thru order because who the heck takes someone order and doesn’t even turn around. Pls retarin or find people who can at least fake a smile for 15 secs . Touching her hair lips and phone then food? Nasty!!! Do betterHardee’s. .. I managed a busy kfc and I would have written her up and sent her home . She’s obviously comfortable taking selfie over all the food if she did it right in front of me which means she’s always doing it. Good job Hardee’s no pride in this store at all. Manager didn’t even correct her .she giggled but she did have more manners though

Not friendly service. $20 for 2 loaded omelet biscuits that doesn’t taste nearly as good as they used to, very small, and I mean small orders of tater tots, and two sodas. Just dang. Two $5 meals’ worth for double the price. Oh, and you had better start spitting out your order the second you drive up. No “Good morning”, no “Welcome to Hardee’s”, just, “What’s your order” as in hurry up, hop to it, hurry up, without a chance to answer. Management needs to teach manners and social graces. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Food was so good hot and fresh! Employees was so nice and restaurant was clean. I got my food so fast I will definitely be back!

The young lady at the register Shaniya S. Took my order. I had to repeat it twice. She was not satisfied a ding at the counter but by the food shelf. When she spoke I had to ask her to repeat herself. The smoke in the kitchen area was bad. I told her three times my order was for here not really a big deal but my food was delivered in a bag. After I ordered I added two apple pies to my order. She said it’s a 10 minute wait. No problem I’m eating here. I’m the only person in the restaurant my pies are done and she YELLS two apple pies! So yes I got up to retrieve them. As I waited at the counter making eye contact with an employee standing in the kitchen drinking a beverage the cashier asked her to give me that bag She seemed more interested in doing her cleaning to go home.
The cleaning….. mopping all around my table the smell of a dirty mop, the wet mop splashing water onto my leg well let’s just say it was not my idea of a pleasant experience. Again I’m the only person in the restaurant moo half and wait possibly til I’m gone to finish mopping

Don’t go here at night. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience but we are not taking orders right now” this has happened numerous times. If you close at 8 instead of 9 then close at 8. What a joke.

Yeah, it’s just a Hardee’s, but they are always friendly here and the food and burgers are fantastic. We always enjoy this location.

If I could do a negative I would. My sister and I walked into this place and first thing said was not a greeting but discriminating rude remarks amongst themselves about us. The “manager” looked at us and said “oh I thought they were gone” the other employee looked and said I thought they were too. The young lady working drive thru was telling them “ no y’all stop don’t say that.. don’t say that” but the manager said I can say what I want I’m in my country. Then she proceeded to take my order and then acted like she couldn’t understand me, so I repeated it very slowly for her. She rudely gave me our cups and our food. Yes, I know we should’ve left but it’s Dawson we had passed all other food establishments and we were on our way to Moultrie for a meeting and I needed something cause I had taken my diabetic meds. So we stayed to eat but I will never return there, because not only was she rude to us she was rude and nasty to every customer that came in. I felt sorry for the older people coming in there to eat and getting treated so badly. One man stood at the counter while the drive thru lady was on her phone faced TOWARDS him he had to raise his hand just to ask to order a biscuit. Another man came through the drive thru was placing his order asked a question and the “manager” started yelling “Damn, no he can’t get that you just told him what we have!!!! No he can’t get it Damn!!!! “ To say it was a very unpleasant experience.
