Went through drive through got 2 biggie bags. They forgot one of my 4 piece nuggets and bbq. Went back in. Lady at counter Cynthia argued with me that they were in the bag. They were not. She gave me a complete refund on the whole 30 order rather than give me my 4 nuggets? Dumbest thing I think I’ve ever seen.

My wife and I went thru the drive -thru, placed our order. Upon arriving at home we got the bag and other belongings out of our car, went into the house, opened the bag,my wife’s order was correct my order was not. When I took it back, I waited in line inside the store. When I explained what or where the mistake was made I was greeted with attitude about how they were going to fix it was asked what did you want, with attitude, I got my sandwich after 4.5 miles of extra, unnecessary travel. With attitude, but these people that work these places want top pay for minimum performance. You’re welcome ya just lost another customer.

Great service, I use the drive through and I get response very quickly and no issues, they take the order tell me where to go next and pay and where to pickup the food. Easy peasy,just follow instructions and Wendy’s will get you in /out quickly ! Have fun

Atmosphere was a zero
Just spent 45 minutes waiting in line/being ignored in the dining room. Service was terrible because they mainly cared about the drive through customers.
Food was a zero because I didn’t even get to taste it. Walked out before my mom blew up about how slow everything was.
Atmosphere was a zero because of how many angry customers there were.
Do better please.
It’s no longer 2020 with covid going on. You can’t just focus on the drive through.

It was a busy night but they forgot our silverware and the nuggets had a different breading I didn’t care for. It was good otherwise and we only went through the drive thru.

Horrible experience at this location. Don’t bother going if you are hungry. Eight people walked out while I was there. Eventually I did the same. Their main concern is the Door Dash! The older woman was being run to death and no one helping. But all other customers ignored.

The employees are always nice but it always takes forever to get your food and dont you dare asked for a baked potato past 8 pm bc they won’t have them and they won’t make more even though they are still open a few hours, I understand if it’s almost closing but 3-4 hours before closing is ridiculous to say your done making them for the night
