Eggmania Food Truck is truly a hidden gem in Sunnyvale and easily one of the most unique Indian food concepts around. I’ve been here multiple times now, and every visit reinforces why it stands out. Each dish has its own distinct flavor and character, making it hard to pick just one favorite—but if I had to, my absolute go-to items are the Leela Lasun Kachu, Paneer Peri Peri Sandwich, and the show-stopping Volcano Biryani. Every single one delivers bold, unforgettable flavors.

What really sets Eggmania apart, though, is the exceptional service. The owners and the entire staff go above and beyond in a way that’s honestly unheard of for a food truck—let alone many full-service restaurants.

And don’t leave without trying the Kathiyawari Chai—it’s an absolute must and the perfect way to end your meal.

If you’re looking for an Indian food truck in Sunnyvale that offers incredible food, a unique concept, and outstanding hospitality, Eggmania Food Truck is the place to be.

I ordered a quick dinner from this place and started with a Kathiyawadi chai. I found it a bit overpriced for the small quantity served. It was a standard Indian milk tea, decent, but nothing particularly special.

For the main item, I ordered a chicken peri-peri sandwich. It came as two grilled, panini-style pieces. However, I was disappointed by how little chicken was inside. The filling was mostly bell peppers, onions, and mayonnaise, with very minimal chicken. While the sandwich itself was fine, I would have appreciated a more generous portion of protein.

A small packet of Lay’s chips was included on the side. Overall, I felt the meal was somewhat overpriced for what was served.

The food was perfect for the cold winter evening. The Green lasan kheema, egg peri peri sandwich and boil fry were great. Surti Ghotalo was not bad but not as good comparatively. We ordered the veg masala sandwich & that was good too. Good food, clean & decent ambience.

The leela lasun keema and Goti Fry were both absolutely delicious. Preparations that we haven’t tried before. The quantity is great and filling. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

Eggmania food truck served up a seriously memorable meal. We tried the Egg Lasan Kachu, and it was incredibly flavorful—rich, garlicky, and packed with just the right amount of spice. The dish was so delicious that we ended up ordering two extra servings of bread just to enjoy every bit of that amazing gravy.

The taste, texture, and seasoning all came together beautifully, making it one of the standout egg dishes we’ve had from a food truck. A great stop for anyone craving bold, satisfying Indian-style egg specialties.

Came here for some spicy egg preparations, was absolutely awe struck with the quality of the food, spice level, and taste! Definitely go for their Peri Peri Sandwich, Goti Fry, Keema and the Lasuni Keema. Their cold coco is to die for, and is usually out of stock by 8pm so make sure to go early!

If you love eggs, Eggmania Food Truck is a must-visit in Sunnyvale. Every dish is full of flavor and creativity. I tried the Egg Katori, which was crispy and unique, the Veg Masala Sandwich with layers of cheese, chutney, and spiced mashed potato, and the Volcano Biryani, which was packed with bold spices. The Leela Lasun Keema had a rich garlicky flavor that stood out, and the Kathiyawari Chai was the perfect spiced tea to warm up with. I ended my meal with the Cold Coco, which was rich, chocolatey, and refreshing.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the casual setup with board games adds a fun touch. Whether for lunch or dinner, this is one of the best food trucks in the Bay Area for egg lovers. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at Eggmania. Reminded me of all the street food in India!

The food was delicious. We ordered –

Chicken peri peri sandwich – great flavors and spicy just like the street style sandwiches on the streets of Bangalore!

Paneer roll – spicy and the texture of the tortilla was excellent.

The chai was excellent too.

Lovely ambience and service as well.

EggMania Food Truck in Sunnyvale totally won my heart today. I ordered Boil Fry for appetizer and Surati Gotala and Leela Lasan Kheema for the main course, plus a Cold Coco to finish it off, everything was super flavorful and delicious. The food really has that authentic desi street-style taste, but with good quality and generous portions.

Since it’s a food truck, sitting outside in winter can be a little uncomfortable, but they do have a portable heater, which helps a lot and adds to the cozy street-food vibe. Overall, I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to anyone craving real Gujarati-style egg dishes and a fun, casual hangout.

Went in to have the egg sandwich and the egg roll. Both decent but not exceptional. The roll had a strange aftertaste! Tried the volcano biryani as well. While i loved the biryani, the quantity felt less for the price. Love the music and the ambience. There is a new golgappa and paan shop next to the Eggmania truck. Will try next time.
