What really sets Eggmania apart, though, is the exceptional service. The owners and the entire staff go above and beyond in a way that’s honestly unheard of for a food truck—let alone many full-service restaurants.
And don’t leave without trying the Kathiyawari Chai—it’s an absolute must and the perfect way to end your meal.
If you’re looking for an Indian food truck in Sunnyvale that offers incredible food, a unique concept, and outstanding hospitality, Eggmania Food Truck is the place to be.
For the main item, I ordered a chicken peri-peri sandwich. It came as two grilled, panini-style pieces. However, I was disappointed by how little chicken was inside. The filling was mostly bell peppers, onions, and mayonnaise, with very minimal chicken. While the sandwich itself was fine, I would have appreciated a more generous portion of protein.
A small packet of Lay’s chips was included on the side. Overall, I felt the meal was somewhat overpriced for what was served.
The taste, texture, and seasoning all came together beautifully, making it one of the standout egg dishes we’ve had from a food truck. A great stop for anyone craving bold, satisfying Indian-style egg specialties.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the casual setup with board games adds a fun touch. Whether for lunch or dinner, this is one of the best food trucks in the Bay Area for egg lovers. Highly recommend.
The food was delicious. We ordered –
Chicken peri peri sandwich – great flavors and spicy just like the street style sandwiches on the streets of Bangalore!
Paneer roll – spicy and the texture of the tortilla was excellent.
The chai was excellent too.
Lovely ambience and service as well.
Since it’s a food truck, sitting outside in winter can be a little uncomfortable, but they do have a portable heater, which helps a lot and adds to the cozy street-food vibe. Overall, I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to anyone craving real Gujarati-style egg dishes and a fun, casual hangout.
